Can’t understand how services are so willing to remove children from their actual families but when they are in foster care, all things go unnoticed.
Exactly they were much more safe with their family
Bc theyre corrupt and that’s the plan
@@melihernandez168 How is that the plan and why? I'm definitely interested in hearing more about that point of view.
This happens yes but not always the case. There are plenty of cases when kids should stay in Foster homes and they go back to their bios and get abused and killed.
@@interlocution6619 bc they work for the government and if you think about it they give no fucks about our children. Our world is ruled by pedophiles
The sad part about it is, they were quick to remove them from their biological parents and slow to remove them from foster parents who were abusing them. 💔
So true! Cps always does this! I think sadly because they know it's going to be hard to find yet ANOTHER foster family
Yes !! CPS is a broken system ! Example from MS. 9 month old drowns in bath. 7 and 5 yr old siblings discovered malnourished. Urine and dirt covered clothing from second hand markets. Home filthy , wasp nests attached to front door ( active ) and yard unkept or mowed. Children temporarily sent to Aunt’s home. Children clean , fed , bathed and learning thriving. 2 months later children sent back to neglected parent home ( shack ). I helped those children and bought them new clothing , toys , toiletries:(. It breaks my heart there is not a better scale or check points to help kids without infringing upon adult rights.
They were adopted but, yes, I absolutely agree!
@@wednesdayaddams7066 you have
@@heidiho5179 huh?
I HATE when people say “I don’t want to get involved” they are CHILDREN. It is our duty to protect them and speak up for them. It’s not like you’re getting involved in a worldwide mafia, you’re reporting child abuse and saving them from atrocities.
I think the blood relatives of these kids should sue CPS for allowing this tragedy.
💯💯
Yes omg
Yes
I agree
It seems so strange to me that they wouldn't give it even to the aunt. Oh but I guess the mom was visiting unsupervised. Makes me wonder if this is a more common flaw in the foster care system. Maybe there are more opportunities than we think to give kids to extended family and they still get turned down.
if a child tells you their being abused, it is our duty AS A HUMAN BEING TO GET INVOLVED ‼️ children are defenseless, HELP THEM!!
Absolutely! Those kids did the right thing by speaking up and CPS believed the oldest excuse in the book, “she fell down the stairs.”
I always say. I look at everyone’s children in the world as though they are my children. I have a responsibility to ensure they are protected and love. I make it my business to do so any and every chance I get. 😔
Exactly. And these kids did the right thing by (desperately)
reaching out to adults for help, over + over + over. Too bad the adults failed them so miserably.
Exactly! We need to look out for all children. It was sad to see how many adults didn't do or say anything 😥
I know the fact that man said he didn't want to be involved made me so upset.
The fact that their classmates were bringing them food, is the most sweetest, most wholesome yet sad thing ever.
So sweet and so sad at the same time. You’re right.
They should have been returned to their REAL FAMILY!!!!!
ABOLISH CPS GIVE CHILDREN TO THEIR NEXT OF KIN
I know the children’s classmates cared more about them then the two mothers did!!
The system always fail these children
I always brought extra lunch. My dad was a military man. We traveled a lot before I was about fifteen. A few places we had to go to school. We're most definitely lower-income. And I just had a few friends. that were my real friends. And I would discreetly give them the lunch my mom made for them. It just made me feel good. I don't think anybody should be hungry
That dad. That old man who followed his gut and conscience. Is such a wonderful human.
Right I wonder how his son in law feel now for returning them
@@ZanylahJdefinitely feel bad but if he doesn’t the ladies can call the cops on him for kidnapping.
Seriously, god bless his soul for speaking up ❤
I'm so upset every time I hear about cps. They took these babies from her mother who struggled with addiction, and refused their father rights to the babies even though he fought for his children. Then, these first time foster parents (strangers to these children), but they DON'T LOSE THE KIDS even after an arrest for domestic abuse! The ridiculousness of CPS is endless.
It’s bc they were already placed w the caregivers so it’s harder to take them so I guess the effort isn’t worth it to cps. Absolutely unacceptable but reality
You think thus is something wait til you find out about all the kids that cps let get missing from these foster homes
Because to them it’s not actually about the kids or their well-being 😢
As a country, we need to do something about our CPS system. I am a mental health counselor, and I cannot tell you how many times I am disgusted and disappointed with the lack of help they provide children. It is sick and twisted, and if all of these pro life people spent their energy on things like this, maybe we would fricken get somewhere!
@@kitkat8710 So you are blaming pro-life people🙄🙄
This is why I get uncomfortable with people who blast their “good deeds” for social media. It gives me savior complex vibes.
True dat. If you're really a good person, you shouldn't have to be sharing it all over social media; you should be out there *doing* it.
It's called Communal Narcissism
Not only the ones posting charity shit, ma'am. The virtue police and "activists" are sus too.
This is so sad the system failed them so bad when someone report that a child is being abused they should take them right then and there the kids should be put somewhere safe and it should be investigated thoroughly
I am a foster mom and I NEVER post about my foster children because that is invasion of their rights. I hate stories like these because it gives good foster parents a bad name. It's like any profession or hobby or love there is always bad apples in all of them that ruin for the ones that do it for the love. Not to be a 'Savior" complex vibe but I don't even except the money for my foster children because it hurts the parents to get back on their feet to get them back (if they are trying to get them back) because all that money foster parents get the parents have to pay a portion of that back as child support. I have raised 5 foster children and if the parents don't try to get them or help themselves then I try to just adopt them or guardianship them so that I know they will always have a forever home and mom with me. And to this day the 3 that I did adopt are grown and all still see me as mom and visit me and gave me grandbabies. So there is good foster moms but they don't like blasting it just like I don't unless a story like this comes up. Also you will never see me posting anything about foster children in fact when people see my children that is what they think they are my children!!
“Every child deserves a parent but not every parent deserves a child” perfect examples!
THIS!!!!!
Yes, we are sadly reminded of this again and again
Very well said
FACTS💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Agree, children deserve love unconditionally.
The older man who called the police absolutely broke my heart 💔 Good Samaritan! They matter
He tried, God bless him.
A RARE DIAMOND 💎...THANK YOU SIR.
A human with a heart . He must feel terrible even though he tried
Right! What an angel!
I grew up in a abusive household and an emotionally neglectful household. I was never touched, hugged, and barely talked to. I never knew what it was like to hear “I love you” or held by a mom. I’m in my 30s now and until my mid 20s I would immediately cry when someone hugged me. It was an uncontrollable reaction and I didn’t know why, I was embarrassed. But I figured eventually that I just thought I was so worthless and unworthy and the touch and love of another person to me allowed me to feel so powerfully that I just didn’t know how to handle the emotion of it. I see that when I see that little boy cry. He has a hard life and he wasn’t loved by the people who took him in. Then a stranger hugs him and holds him. I see all that emotion. He didn’t get the love he deserved, none of those kids did. I am so upset at this story. Horrible people, I wish those kids were saved.
I’m so sorry you didn’t experience love the way all children should and deserve to. I hope you know how important and special you are, and I hope you have plenty of love and care in your life now!
@@Peanut_taco_muffin that’s so sweet of you to respond. It was a long road but now I’ve made it through to the good stuff in life. thank you for caring ♥️

I had a similar upbringing. My thing was watching movies where there's a perfect little family going on vacation, baking cookies , fathers teaching their kids how to fish etc really got to me since I didn't have it. Thank you for sharing this part of you 🙏✨️ I'm 45 years old now and have a wife and kids that I now spoil and love with all the things I've always wanted. Much love and light to you all 🙏
CPS is such a freaking joke. They have failed so many children.
TRUE THAT, GABRIEL HERNANDEZ STORY!!
@@marysamson9228 yup exactly!!!
Yes they have I totally agree Child Services /CHILDREN & SERVICE ARE WORTHLESS
But, they HAVE saved some, too!
@@amethyst1826 They harm more than they help.
I will NEVER understand “parents” who choose to have children only to hurt and abuse them. Rest In Peace to those six beautiful children.
I don't understand why they adopted so many kids? If ya don't like kids....don't have any!!!
@@arpik903 And IMHO at least, it's even more inexplicable when they so intentionally and deliberately *choose* to bring those children into their lives via adoption!! This isn't like a teenager who gets knocked up accidentally and finds themselves with a child...these women deliberately sought out these kids, only to use, abuse, neglect and eventually murder them!!
It's simply beyond my ability to comprehend. And it's so, so tragic beyond belief.
They were bullies. Thank god they never used their degrees and became teachers. Disgusting. The weakest of the weak prey on children
@@Nicole-jo6vz Agreed. Children, the elderly, the disabled...all are tragically easy targets for bullies. We all need to do better when it comes to protecting the most vulnerable among us, IMHO.
They had childhood issues. They wanted to use the kids to heal their issues. But kids don’t exist to heal the issues of adults. Adults have to heal their own issues.
My son was taken by CPS when he was 2 months old (domestic "violence" between his father and I)... I got him back asap 4 months later, and I could tell he was abused. His night terrors were out of this world and as a young mother at the time it was the hardest thing I'd ever done to try to comfort him while I was angry at whoever had been taking care of him. It took a long, long time to rid him of his intense fear. He was so full of fear... He's 8 years old now and the love of my life... don't do anything stupid and lose your kids to this damned system. It's way too much of a broken, busted situation for a child to be in.
Thank God you got him back. You're a good mom.
@@elishh8173 Thank you it means a lot 💕
i’m so sorry this happened to you:(( so glad you have him back now!
Well you exposed them to violence too sooo
My husband attacked me and CPS made me sign a paper, my son and I were forced into counseling, and they conducted welfare checks. Luckily they did not take my son. I did not do anything wrong. It was my husband who hit me.
As a former foster parent and adoptive mother, this story enrages me and breaks my heart into a million pieces. I could never imagine treating any child in this regard, let alone children who already had a history of trauma. It kills me that there are foster/adoptive parents like this. Those poor babies. I hate that they had to endure this and that they had to live and die through this hell.
Taking them out of school after reports of abuse should most definitely be a huge violation to the investigation.
That right there should have opened a FULL investigation
Moving from city to city is not normal.
So many red 🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦
As a homeschooling parent, I believe there should be a database of child abusers, and that they should be barred from ever homeschooling.
There IS NO INVESTIGATION . PLEASE.🙄
System failed to those kids....like in so many other cases. I sometimes wonder if people in the police dep and legal system who are supposed to protect, specially those who works in CPA, do they takes those jobs, make those careers for what purpose? I don't think is money. They surely don't do it because of a vocational call, or is it that one day they woke up and simply stopp caring? It's like studying medicine so hard for so long and then refusing to treat any patient sending them home with a Tylenol prescription.
"I feel those kids are in very serious danger." That elderly man is a saint. He tried to help children he didn't even know. His gut KNEW something was wrong. Those poor kids. Children are little beings we're meant to protect, provide for, guide and love into adulthood to help them become good people. These women are a disgrace to the lgbtq+ community and to mothers everywhere.
Best comment I've read! So true, your words had me tearing up! God bless!🙏✝️⚘
He is a good man that's for sure!!!
It's too bad that he didn't go to the media, they would have loved this story and maybe the kids would be alive.
Agreed, it’s so unbelievable that these women were blaming the CPS calls on them being a same sex couple. I understand that this happens sadly, but they were picking up everything and moving states because of it. No loving parents would do that if that had nothing to hide. Rest In Peace to all 6 of these beautiful children ♥️
Yes that man tried. That call is so sad.
Couldn’t have said this any bette r
As a foster care survivor (age 3 to 19) this sickens me. Alot of kids that I was in care with "dissapeared" over the years and were never heard from again.
I can't believe the police didn't think using food restriction a punishment isn't substantial enough... that is insane to me. This is soo sad, Rest in peace to the children❤️
Anyone who adopts a child with the idea that they are “saviors” doesn’t have the child’s best interest at heart. They like to look superior by asking “ if not us who?”
Using adopted children for praise and attention on social media. Smh
They were evil witches
Right, kids save you not the other way around .
funny how they didnt care about: if not us, who? with the first child
I’d bet the “adoptions” were subsidized. The more difficult they claim the child is, the more money they make. My 🤬 aunt adopted 4. One got sent to juvie, my aunt bragged that if she didn’t get the money for him, they could keep him. They were just a paycheck.
The fact that a foster parent gets more chances than their actual family is beyond me ....
Definitely seems like it in this case. I know in Australia it is the other way around.
This comment speaks volumes. You should have gotten more likes!!!
It's yet another money making scheme. The entire system is broken. From cps/the courts to our schooling & everything in between.
Absolutely.
Right...
What a horrific story. The crying child holding on to the police made me cry instantly. His face clearly showed that he can not take it anymore and he desperately needs help.
When I saw the picture of that child prior to this horrific accident, I thought it was extremely odd. I questioned why the child was crying at looked so distressed. I think I saw it in people magazine.
im so proud of the neighbors dad calling n how he spoke..just amazing. "we are so provided for" over AND OVER stuck out to me..moms trying to compensate for SOMETHING. they were adorable w their performance. dcf should have called the cops when they COULDNT MAKE CONTACT! My kid was VERY QUICKLY removed, before even SPEAKING TO ME, ADMITTED false allegations from the reporters etc..almost been a YEAR now..SO HARD TO GET THEM BACK.. n I follow my service plan
This is why you can’t envy what you see online. People rarely post the real behind the scenes online. You can literally create an online presence that is nothing like reality.
Soooo damn true that's why people say never compare or envy people you have no clue what they go through behind pretending being so happy it's true
EXACTLY!! TRU THAT!! ALL FASUAD ANYWAY!! EVEN MY FRIENDS POST N EVERYTHING THEY ARE SOOO HAPPY WITH THERE BOYFRIENDS ETC, BUT US GIRLS THEY ARE FREAKIN MISERABLE N REALLY WANT TO LEAVE THE RELATIONSHIP
💯
Exactly
This is it‼️💯😔
If a kid runs to your house asking for help, HELP THEM! Unbelievable!
That drives me insane they didn’t do anything right away. The wifes father had to call the police!! She was ‘half awake’ so she couldn’t understand.. no.. not an excuse
Who's going to take the kids? I work in a facility (western states) busting at the seems. The state pays this for profit facility (not near enough per body) but what happens behind closed doors is so sad. Many christians trying to ban planned parenthood programs and having too many kids. Polygamy is still allowed. freedom of religion
It kills Me when they go to a house and they ppl won’t let them in and keep them there til the cops come. I don’t get it
There really needs to be a law where sending a child back to danger makes you an accomplice to child endangerment, applied especially to the lazy DCF workers who fail to remove children from harm as well.
@@FC-kw4mw In USA it depends on how many resources there are in our state to help vs all the kids!! Im from a polygamy/religious state and CPS- LEOs can not keep up
As a mandated reporter myself, it breaks my heart to know that these teachers reported abuse and still suffered the pain of losing their former students. I would still wonder if there was more I could have done.
This makes me SO ANGRY because it was totally preventable. How many times does cps need to be warned about the situation before they take action?! Some kids get taken over a technicality when they shouldn't have been, yet these kids who were obviously being abused were ignored.
from the minute they abandoned that first 15 year old girl they should not have been allowed to adopt/foster anymore children
100000% agree!!!!
No, there’s a MILLION valid reasons that a foster child needs to go to another home. It’s really hard when it has to happen, and it’s not really odd for the kid to just be dropped off with the social worker, or at the agency, or what they did. That’s just how it usually happens..
But if that child was their own, would they give the child up? I’m more thinking don’t sign up to take care of a bunch of kids if you can’t handle it
The system failed every single person in that family. More importantly, every child.
Exactly!!!!!!!
The 15 year old that they adopted and abandoned didn’t realize it at the time, but she was the lucky one. RIP to those babies that didn’t have a chance, and also the family that had their children kidnapped from them and sent to foster care to be killed, 😥
She could fight back and was old enough to know better. The smaller children made easier victims for them.
"The system" is overwhelmed in USA I work in a youth facility that is so full! There are not enough people who can or are willing to take on other people's kids! There should be a Planned Parenthood on every corner in USA !
@@styphlynne8253 I agree!
I never thought about that. At least, now she’ll know that wasn’t her fault. I was “almost adopted” and still have my days, when I think it’s my fault.
I don't think she was lucky... I know she was blessed!
As an adopted child, I know that most children in Foster care or adopted frequently have very sad stories. I was verbally abused by my father for years...
He never showed any guilt about it.
How despicable that they took these babies from the aunts house for one offense but never took the kids away from these woman after being a proven abuser and being arrested…..
I’ve been binge watching you’re videos this past week 😭
That woman's dad sounds like such a good person. The fact that he went out of his way to call the police for those kids when his daughter and son in law refused to "get involved" was amazing. You can tell he really wanted to help the kids. The son in law seems so detached... "He was asking for food for months and then we decided to call CPS"... like, WHAT? That should have happened a LONG time ago.
It's not like he had his own life to deal with
@@dogs4homeprotection104 It really wouldn't have taken much time out of his own life to file a report against them with CPS or the police. The fact that it took him so long to do so is awful. Those kids might still be alive if he had done it earlier and with more persistence.
@@dogs4homeprotection104 okay but so does everyone so we should all ignore children being abused? Yep sounds great 🙄 if you think a child is being abuses then call and report, say youre not sure if youre not, it takes 10 minutes if that!
So sad💔💔
“I don’t want to get involved” is usually said by men turning a blind eye to domestic violence and child abuse.
What makes me mad is that social services will “pop in” on family members taking care of kids and take them away, but don’t “pop in” on foster parents and take them out of those situations.
Yea i’m so sick of cps
Some places do require "pop ins" for foster families. I worked as a CPS Caseworker, and I had a somewhat "routine" (I did switch up days so none of the parents or fosters learned my schedule) - but I "popped in" on fosters weekly. Sometimes I would do 2 days in a row just to switch it up. I popped in on fosters almost as much as the parents. Unfortunately not all Caseworkers do this enough like I did weekly.
They adopted the kids so there would not be CPS popping in.
Agree. Truth
I hate that cps showed up a few times-knew they were home at least once without answering- and just dropped it. If cps has a report of potential abuse and the parents aren’t coming they should show up with police and make sure the children are located
ugh. i’m sorry but hearing these two monsters described as “mothers” has never sat right with me. they’ve never deserved that title. i hope we all can learn from this tragedy and those precious babies RIP.
Now let us not call others by name like monsters. None of us are innocent enough to call others like that. We all have awful mistakes that God helped us walk freely. At least we can understand them with out agree with what they did. They were two unhappy people try to live by making others see them vise versa. What they should do was seek happiness from God by stop againsting his WILL. They also killed themselves because the spirit in them were the one using them for all these. Eventually they paid their own life. Who want to have that kind of ending? I'm sure no one! Let us pray for their souls!!! Jesus paid his pure blood. He doesn’t want anyone to ashamed sinner as we all are sinners!
Yes let's call them monsters because they are and comparing them to normal people is disgusting. If you feel what they did was ok then you need help. I'm glad they're dead they can't abuse and torture any more children. Not all of us are innocent really? Not all of us abuse and torture children, if you feel that's ok then you are a sad nasty person.
R.I.P. to those beautiful babies.
But now why does it seem like your sticking up for these women that hurt so many people by taking the lives of these babies. We all may not be perfect and be sinners ourselves but these two deserve to be called monsters ‘cause that is exactly what they are. Then yes unfortunately they caused more pain and hurt to their friends and family by taking their own lives but that’s exactly what they deserved. Because if the tragic story did t end like that then they would have more than deserved the death penalty for sure. But what I’m trying to say is to me it sounds like your trying to say that they had problems and issues with themselves and because of that that’s why they did this and your trying to say it’s wrong to call them monsters just because we aren’t perfect ourselves. Well I don’t care how imperfect that I am myself these two deserve being called monsters and deserve to be dead and deserve to be in hell for what they did to those babies.
@@ashleybolf9292 because I learn to defend sinner from Jesus christ. If you're read the holy book he said anyone didn't sin or have no sin put the stone on her. As the woman they brought is sinner, they were too. They called her sinner. But they were too. The judge is God. How can he forgive us while we judge other whom are sinners as us? At least we say "lord have mercy". You know why? Because they were one of the people he died for! God loves sinners just as much as righteous. He only hate their sinful deeds. When he made them he made them in his image. Their were unfortunately just as judah choose to sale Jesus for 30 they choose sinful life and the consequences cost not only theirs but the innocent children lives. That is truely sad. Yet we are no one to call them monsters. Because we did so much that God kept secret for us and giving us opportunities to repent till this very moment. Now, its best to repent for ours not use the moment (the opportunities) to judge others like us whom faced the consequences of their deeds already.
When I speak with other adult children of abusive mothers we lament this idea that mother is a title that can be taken away if the job is not performed. This has the unintentional consequence of making it harder to spot this kind of abuse because of the associations. Or lack there of. It’s important to say what a mother should be, but when she fails we have to look at her and say that’s a bad mother
Thank god for that man and also AS A MOTHER fighting the system right now this story TERRIFIED ME! I am currently being threatened for my children to be taken into the state unless I get it together (which I am in the process of doing) and I absolutely refuse to allow this to happen. I am trembling thinking of my kids being with strangers. Thank you so much for this story. Truly inspirational
that's so scary. i don't like how in ppl's business they get. go after actual abusers not just poor people, people who need support services, etc. it's just kicking ppl when they're down.
Get it together fast. Your children are depending on it. No excuses and good luck.
Making the kids sing “We are so provided for”??? Did that not rub anyone else the wrong way?
I couldn’t believe what I was listening to!
Made me so mad.
That was so disturbing!! It totally rubbed me the wrong way!! Poor babies.
Sick folks.....
I thought I was looking too deep into things - it was downright inappropriate 😡
When I looked at that boy's pic crying while hugging a policeman, I feel like he is actually crying for help. May these angels rest in peace.
That’s the vibe I got too!
Yes very sad
The video of him hugging Xavier Rudd REALLY got me! He obviously was so desperate for love and affection. So sad!
I didn’t know that he was the child that’s pic went viral. So heartbreaking
i never knew the history behind this picture
Even when I was thinking I didn't want to have kids of my own, these kinds of stories would enrage me. When you decide to have a kid or get a pet or take in an elder, you are responsible for and to that dependent. You are beholden to them and need to treat them with the respect and decency they deserve. People think I'm a little too doting on my cats, but I feel it's my responsibility to give them a comfy life while they're here. That means feeding them appropriately, spending time and money on them beyond the minimum, getting them proper healthcare, and giving them an environment where they feel safe, happy, and cared for.
Same here!
The food thing gives me pause. My daughter ALWAYS wants to bring extra snacks and food to school. She’s always asking myself or my boyfriend to buy food or send a container of fruit for her friend. I would always tell her that the school feeds everyone, I won’t do that again
What a shocker… CPS constantly harasses parents who do something small like smoke some weed.. but the cases where the kids ACTUALLY need help they could care less.. ALWAYS!
ALWAYS!!! SMH
Exactly sad
ALWAYS!!!
Yep 😞
my fav is when they worry about weed but not alcohol 🙄 alcoholic parents are way worse than pothead parents lol
When the gentlemen called to report the incident my heart broke! When he said his son-in-law didn’t want to get involved but he knew something had to be done. It’s a great reminder to not always mind our business especially when we believe children are being abused! 💔💔
We help dogs & cats b4 we help abused kids. I wonder how the son-in-law rationalized dat sht. May he be repaid in kind, in his time of need.
yes 100%! god bless that gentleman that reported the incident. this is such a sad heartbreaking story. those poor sweet kiddos. i’m sick to my stomach after listening to this story
Yes!....I can't imagine how he felt once he learned what happened to those babies.
that made me tear up
@@starrgod7671 Not even just abused kids, but human beings in general it seems
i can’t believe this happened. i know someone who was arrested because her son told the school that he got a spanking, and all the kids were immediately removed from the home, and still are not back home. i cannot even fathom this hart family situation
I’m a firm believer that the more perfect a social media post is the more messed up it most likely is. And too many times, I’ve been right.
This story made me physically ill. I can’t stop crying.. those poor babies deserved better , shame on the adults who didn’t step up to the plate and protect them. I hope this case haunts them.
Yes...I felt it in my gut. This is so heartbreaking.
Seriously messed up my entire day!
Agreed, this was very hard to hear about. It really shines a light on how CPS handles these cases. I just don’t understand how they weren’t taken from them after so many calls from the multiple states they moved to. These children deserved the entire world 🌍♥️
I don’t know why I decided to watch this at night after recovering from an anxiety attack this breaks my heart I’m gonna be up all night long now…
As someone who grew up in a VERY strict and often abusive household, I can tell you how trapped and powerless you feel as a kid in situations like this. My heart is breaking for these kids.
Ugh; I’m sorry you went thru that, Brian. I feel like a record on repeat saying that children didn’t ask to be there, and they can’t get away 😔 I’m glad you seem to have made it out the other side 💪🏼 I also find this story particularly upsetting.
Such a sad story!😭
@@lornarettig3215 thanks so much ❤ yeah I am glad to have made it out alive, but it didn't come without its fair share of scars/trauma. Those kids would've absolutely been better off alive, but the way it changes you forever is really hard to escape even once you're long gone from being there.
@@Wraiven22
I wish you all the best Brian.
I just can't imagine having shitty parents... I think I would have withered away... how sad.
Be safe!!!
amen. I dont know how you feel, but I'm 41 and STILL feel that way when around my parents....
I live in Oregon, and on their way to California they drove through my town. I heard about it right after it happened and it has always traumatized me. Just knowing that those beautiful babies were so close right before the end brakes my heart. I wish that someone would have saved them. 😭💔
I am in the process of becoming a social worker. I work at an emergency shelter for children who are in the system. I have come across so many heartbreaking stories from my kids. Once I started to do a little digging on why the system is so messed up with placement for children. I'd came across a video here on yt, stating social workers get paid more by placing children in foster homes/families.
😮 now it makes sense 😡🤬😢😭
The fact they had those baby singing “we are so provided for” when indeed they weren’t is so heartbreaking!!! 🥺
They tried to convince these kids that they were well taken care of so horrible
It makes me very uncomfortable.
Jenifer Hart had so many things in common with Jim Jones: flamboyant, manipulative, egotistical, and cruel. The Hart Family was basically a little mini-cult with Jenifer the leader. Jones would parade his "rainbow family" around like a spectacle, a show. The Hart Family was the same PR stunt, the children as props in this fallacy. Both would easily fool officials, both would flee when the law was finally starting to close in. Jones would make his followers sing: "We're a happy family...yes we are..." Both ended in dramatic suicide/murder. The similarities give me the creeps.
That entire scene made my soul so uncomfortable.
Omgeeeee same thing that I said Smfh
The sad but true part of this story that's being left out is that when they were with family, even though the mom was babysitting them, there were no 2nd chances, but these women had 100.
Makes me so upset
I could never understand this😢🤬

Yes. My heart breaks for the Aunt who was trying to take care of them 💔

Those horrible women got off way too easy- its one thing if they wanted to take their own lives, but to take the childrens lives too? For what?! This was a very upsetting story.
This is so very sad. Those poor kids - I so wish someone had taken them seriously when they reached out! OMG! My heart breaks for them. Christina, you are doing such wonderful work for the world - thank you for what you do! ❤️❤️❤️
That sweet old man... He tried his hardest to save those babies.
I know 😥 I could hear it in his voice when he said he couldn't live with himself if he didn't do something ugh. Bless his heart.
Hello
This story makes me so sad. I was in foster care and was horribly abused. When you said that people at the school stopped reporting abuse because they knew the kids would get punished, that hit me so hard. I will never forget my first grade teacher and my Principle. They fed me and helped me as best they could while I was in school. Also my amazing principle wanted to adopt me. I luckily, at the age of 7, got adopted from my parents now. They are truly amazing. But let me tell you, the people who hurt me the most were rich, white, evil, had kids of their own, and I feel they truly enjoyed the abuse they put me through. Physical, mental, sexual. True evil exists and sometimes it looks like perfect people.
I'm so hate you had to endure such mistreatment, but thankfully you were blessed to find someone who would love you. I hate when people abuse children, it makes me want to fight. I can't handle stories like this. I wanna get a house and provide a loving happy home, and be a father to the babies that have been abandoned, and neglected. Blessings to you ❤️
@@tyiingram9878 Your comment just made my day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. And know that even though adopting isn’t the easiest route, it changes a kids life forever. Without my parents, I def would be dead right now. Because of my parents, I had a bed, food, birthdays, Christmas. I had grandparents and aunts and uncles. I even eventually got a little brother they adopted too. I hope you get to adopt one day. There are so many kids, and teens in the system that could use your love and beautiful soul. 💕
Make a video wtf
This is so sad
So scary this happens still
My heart breaks for all involved!! And for what you had to go through Christina!! You’ve have become such a beautiful soul and person. So proud of you!! You’re so inspiring!!
I watch a LOT of true crime but this story, more than any other just really made me cry. Those poor poor babies. Heartbreaking 💔
How disgusting of human services to tear them kids off their loving auntie for making a mistake, they could've at least given her a another chance, to go from a loving, caring family member to such an abusive, horrible home is utterly heartbreaking, DHS should be held accountable
I'm not from the US, and every time I hear these type of stories I always think that it's so ridiculous. Feels like they have some sort of quota they have to meet because they seem so eager to take children away from their parents.
She desperately wanted those babies. She wanted to do right by them. Not everyone jumps through the hoops that she did, and to ultimately lose them… I can’t even fathom that pain.
The aunt was using the mother as a babysitter, even though the kids had been removed from her (the mother's) care and she was legally forbidden to see them, and certainly forbidden to have hours of unsupervised time with them. This bad decision by the aunt is what caused the children to be removed from her care.
CPS was supposedly keeping the kids safe by taking them away from their addict mother. Now they should be charged. I
This is such a hard situation. I think it’s a shame that addicts get their children taken away just in the fact of being an addict.
They made Dante the poster child for BLM. That pain on his face when he was hugging the officer was a cry for help. Nobody came to save those children and it is disgusting what happened to them. Bless that neighbor who was heartbroken and tried to do the right thing. May those babies Rest In Peace after living life in hell. Thank you for telling this full story from your caring heart.
See, police ARE needed!
The moment I saw that hug on TV I paused. It was off, the look on his face, the crying, the desperation as he clung to the officer. I really think if that cop had been in a calm state of mind he would have picked up on it too. I felt the wrongness of the moment, it was so staged but heartbreaking too. We tried looking the kid up because it concerned us but at the time came up with nothing and let it go.
No child cries like that especially over a movement they barely understand that baby was crying because he needed help and love you can see the fear in him smfh
Omg i just realise it was him. So sad
I wonder what the officer thought when this tragedy ended up happening
I'm in tears here. Why did the Police not do something about the way the children were treated? That note the little girl wrote was mnot written by her. Most children would not have good a vocabulary.
What followed - the two women dead along with three of the children. Then the others found dead later. If only the authorities would have listened to the teachers and taken the children away. My heart breaks for these children.
This case really hit me hard. This is absolutely horrific. Those poor kids were just trying to survive. Every time they tried to escape or had help from others, the family would pack up and move. They were completely failed by CPS. The system desperately needs to be reimagined. I think that when things happen behind closed doors, there seems to never be enough 'evidence' for services to actually do something. I also find there is this stigma around getting involved in other people's business and that needs to change because not enough people report their concerns. What law enforcement interpret as evidence needs to change because it was clear that these children were starving. The fact that cps didn't bust down the door when no one came to answer has me extremely concerned.
That poor gentleman who called the police 😨 such a kind heart. I really hope he doesn't hold any guilt in his heart
I hope not. The ones that didn't shouldn't feel guilty! God bless that man that did.
Me too. Also, when he described their race and said not that any of that matters. You can tell he has such a kind soul.
He and his wife kept them alive by feeding them. I’m sure he knows that.
This is ridiculous! The fact that these “women” were overlooked so many times! This is heartbreaking
They were overlooked because they were 2 white women
It’s becos they are woman. Imagine if it was two man.
@@zacchie nah it’s because they are foster parents. No one gives a shit what happens to foster kids sadly. Doesn’t matter if it was two men, two women, a man and a woman, this is sadly how it goes most of the time.
@@Alex-bw6yd two WHITE foster parents
Bc they are white
This story is infuriating - the justice system let these children down its disgusting.
Thank you Christina! I loved what you said at the end about the reasons why someone should foster. I am case manager that works with foster parents, and you're right, it's not for everyone.
If there’s multiple ADULTS saying those kids are being mistreated or they’re telling them things they should’ve been took away and an investigation open
Right the cops should have step in and the social worker and cps
But instead they out here ruining families that are actually okay. CPS is a disaster. 🤦🏾♀️
The problem is Americans need Planned parenthood on every corner! Lack of planning & responsibility leaves too many kids to keep up with (at least in western USA) LEOs and CPS cant respond quick enough. Now illegals bringing more!

@@WileyCylas yes my heart breaks for him too. He wanted to help save those poor babies. I hate that this happened 😭
It’s the worst fear to be returned to an abuser I feel you!
Thank you so much for your comments on the end of the video. The public needs to take any request for help from a child extremely seriously. Our system needs a massive reform!
Coming from the teacher point of view, nothing is more gut wrenching and heart breaking than watching child abuse, neglect, malnourishment, etc. and seeing nothing happen about it. I’ve stayed up praying and crying over multiple students at night. I’ve been worried sick that when they aren’t at school the next day it was because the unthinkable has happened. CPS does these kids so wrong.
Ouch
I was always too scared to tell my teachers about abuse
Yes and cps go to the wrong ppl house instead of the abusers
CPS is culpable in child sex trafficking to an extent that we can't imagine.

Maybe you could be the difference between a sweet baby having a real mother and ending up with people like the Harts...
I suffer from infertility due Endometriosis. I'm hoping to adopt or foster in the future.
Having just listened to a podcast about this family I feel Jen was a covert narcissist who controlled everyone and everything through manipulation emotion abuse and trauma bonding.
It’s so sad what the outcome was.
Having not seen what they look like, I immediately knew who Jennifer was (and was correct) when I looked them up.
Jen was an obvious Cluster B Personality Disorder case with a Joan Crawford complex. Disgusting.
That 911 call. I was almost in tears. And it gave me chills. I’m mad at the son in law. Ugh!
Why adopt children just to hurt them??? People like this are inexplicably evil
You can tell the one lady (Sarah) is a deep narcissist!
These two sad sick women selfish to the very end, taking the lives of these innocent kids who were already vulnerable, and in need, is beyond evil 😈

Many foster kids for the check they receive. Granted it's not MEGA BUCKS but considering they spend NONE of it on those kids. It's sickening

The way that mans voice is breathy, shaky, and breaking during the call is so humbling and heart breaking. He really just wanted peace and a real life for these babies.

why doesnt he offer to take some of these kids? Not blaming him but no one knows what to do with all these kids in USA
@@styphlynne8253 Not everyone is equipped to do that. How many do you have?

I have fostered two, my family has fostered more than 15, I work in a youth corrections busting at the seams (so corrupt) and I am one of 23 kids. Its so sad to see what is being done to these kids. It varies from state to state in the USA I am from a highly religious state who doesnt do anything about polygamy and while everyone dogs on others for not fostering/adopting more kids,,, Maybe we need a planned parenthood is all Im getting at.
@@styphlynne8253 so you're a Mormon?? How many mother's do you have, or did your mom actually give birth to 23 children? Are you LDS or a Fundamental sect of the LDS? This made me cry. I havent heard of this story before, and I was not expecting the end. I kept hoping the authorities would get involved and save the children. 😟😭
Ugh the 911 call from the father in law just breaks my heart he probably thinks about these kids every day
Bless those kids that told their parents that there was a Hart kid in their class that was always hungry. ...and, bless their parents that started packing extra food in lunches, for the hungry kids.
Sometimes in these stories that involve the more terrible humans out there, it really is a gift to hear any & all references to some of the better ones too, you know? ❤
My daughter always has me send extra for kids in her class
Thought the same thing. I could only imagine if son would have said that to me, probably would have cried packing the extra food, but bless to know my son would have cared enough..
Amen.
My parents would get mad at me and still do for wasting food I could imagine if I was given food and denied it my parents would freak. So to not be able to have food would be awful and I would feed those kids if I could.
Just wish those parents that were sending extra food didn't look into it a little bit more to see why these kids were so hungry I love that they were sending extra food but if my son or daughter kept coming home and saying can you pack me some extra food for my friend at work maybe a day or two I might not say nothing but after that if it's everyday I'm going to the school to find out
I've had CPS in my life since my daughter was 14 because she skipped school and was truant she turns 18 on Friday. Yet these babies who really needed help were completely overlooked. The issue is CPS puts attention into the wrong cases and not the ones that matter!

This story broke my heart. Hearing about the kids starving literally mad me cry. I just don't understand why those women kept the kids if they could not provide for them mentally, emotionally and physically. I bet their pets got more food than the poor kids did. It made me respond the same way. I started heavily crying when she got to the part about him asking the neighbor to leave the food by the door and imagining how badly the girl got beat for running to the neighbor. Ugh. It makes me feel like throwing up.
Obviously They were evil and enjoyed torturing those children !
They wanted fame that is why. They were narcisistic that is why this kind if people usually need and want attention.
I know…why did they go out of their way to take in all these kids if they didn’t want them? What went wrong with this family?!?
This is heartbreaking. No child deserves this. The tears won’t stop.
Aww it’s okay 💜
I literally started crying when I saw the car this is horrible
Melissa, its so sad!!!!
Every year thousands of kids are missing, abused, murdered every year. Stories like this are every day
I had heard a report that the first responders, when they tried to pick up Sarah who had not been buckled in, had a sack of shattered bones to retrieve.
My guess is that Sarah was afraid of Jennifer and felt defenseless to go against her or to take any action to help or protect those kids. If she was goggling about drowning and hyperthermia, she was afraid and didn’t want to die. Too bad the “motherly instincts” didn’t register enough to protect those dear children. 💔
That older gentleman knew and he tried so hard, I feel awful for him

The 15 year old who was abandoned really dodged a bullet. It's fucking sad how these sick women just ended the lives of all SIX children just to satisfy their egos! Some people are really not meant to be parents.
RIP little angels. I hope all of them are in a better place.
They probably decided to not keep the 15 year old because she was strong enough to fight back if anything and couldn’t brain wash her to act happy or to not eat
They preyed on little kids/babies they can control. Pure EVIL
That was punishment they didn't strap them in.
They didn't want her because she was old enough and strong enough to fight back. They got little ones they could beat starve and keep frail and weak.

When the child said she’s being abused and the parents says they fell down the stairs the child should be taken to the hospital ASAP and evaluated by someone who can tell how the injuries occurred. CPS definitely did not do their job.
They CPS never do their jobs especially in Texas. But quick to take a person's kid.
@@feleciagmiller872 it was actually cps in Minnesota and Oregon that dropped the ball.
Yeah it's crazy my son got took after I said, I couldn't find his glasses. Well the reason why C.P.S came was because his father picked him up from school that day and smacked him in the back of head. Which my son who is now 13 and was 10 at the time will tell you. He's never been beaten. They said as long as he did it with a open hand. But for them to take my son right away out of the house because I couldn't find his glasses was insane. My son had to spend a night. Which now he says was the worst night of his life. But,,,, obviously not because he still talks back to his father. To put it lightly

Many people get confused when they suspect a child being abused, but the kids seem so happy. Well, take it from a child abuse surviver. The kids seem happy, because they ARE HAPPY, TO BE IN AN AREA WHERE THEY WONT BE ABUSED. So at school, or in public. It is protection. So the kids are happy.
That makes sense.
I don’t know anything about the psychology of abuse.
