Leszy was not a trickster, he was over protective - he was known for publishing people for disrespecting his forest, but if people respect him he will let them take mushrooms and berrys.
And Domowój - (home unkle) was oldest ubożęcie (godlinkt) - soul of dead person in family, he was strongest but not alone, and other ubożęta sometimes calmed him or were calmed by him. And Bannik was also caled Łaźnik.

I have to admit seeing the video really made me "tingle " . It has really been quite difficult to accurately describe "knocking broom " to anyone. His appearance, voice. He was my imaginary friend only when I lived in a specific house. I moved when I was 7 years old. I have a vague dream like memory of Knocking Broom bidding me fair well upon leaving. I went to my grandparents home for a visit. At the time my parents were splitting up. Anyway I never got to see him again. 40 or so years later and Knocking Broom was completely real to me. I bet if he popped in now it would be quite unnerving. ☮️🐥🗝

Domovoi is like finnish "Tonttu". Leshy looks at least visually like finnish "Tapio", spirit of forest. There is not much actual known anymore about ancient finnish mythology. Kalevala is watered down and strongly edited version of it. But, given the fact that in Russia, I believe, many people have more or less finno-ugric ancestry (there are finno-ugric ethnic groups like: karelians, ingrians, vepsians, mordvians, etc. inside russian borders), there may be lot of common origins on at least some mythic characters between ancient finnish and slavic mythology. Well, at least I regocnized Domovoi instantly. Me being finnish.

Let me be brief and accurate: I'm studying true Pagan history, my ancestry with a fellow friend from MoorishScienceTemple with whom I compare our strives and historical turnovers.
Pagan Slavs were a threat to Imperial Capitalism, because of their spiritual lifestyle and a very humane behavior towards surrounding much like that of Native Americans.
To be in balance with nature, to treat others well, to bring about peace, prosperity and take from the land only what you need to survive. A true preservers.
However powers at be, a forceful Christian oppressors from Rome completely destroyed their culture and practices and replaced them with demonized ideology - Satanism.
In short the Slavic people have lost the knowledge of self and became converted and enslaved as a labor force for Europe. (The north lives well because there exists the south)
A very similar catastrophe have happened to African-American slaves hundreds of years later. They also were stripped of who they are and what they are.
Just like with Paganism being flipped upside down, the Africans held very dear a spiritual practice called vodun, which later became demonized as Voodoo.
So people have lost the knowledge of self and became indoctrinated into a white supremacist culture,
just to be abused and exploited in much the same manner but under different, more cruel circumstances.
I'm moved to write a book about all these discoveries and how filthy colonizer Europeans have perverted and revised World History for their own materialistic benefits,
stealing from basically everybody on this planet and for centuries inducing savage, primitive and uncivilized mindset that ruined all great tribes and civilizations around the world,
it's when Heaven was turned into Hell and here we are in the 21st century, when eco-system fails.
