    thank for your good work, but i have a question, if i have 2 plate, first plate grow 30 coloni, second plate growed 300 coloni, how to caculate cfu/ml (1ml/plate, firt plate 10^2, second plate 10^3 )

    but l think the volume of H2O of the third tube should be 9ml so the final volume is 10ml shouldn't be?

    No, the middle one is 1/11. The total was supposed to be tenfold.

      I don't think a graph is necessary. Beacuse you are supposed to get one viability count for one particular sample. However, if you have more than one sample, for instance, soil samples from multiple places, then you can make a graph using Microsoft Excel or graphpad prism. For a graph you need multiple samples to compare.
