    How is glucomannan for a kick start in weight loss journey ?

      Hi Javeria. Thanks for your comment. Glucomannan is as good as any fiber for weight loss. It help regulates bowels, increase satiety and reduces cholesterol. So go for it with the caveat that any fiber will be good for these reasons. Dont restrict to glucomannan alone. Good luck!

      @@javeriaakram9516 No it doesn't in a healthy bowel. The risk is very minimal. Key is take in recommended amounts.
