Depends how much spoke tension to help pull the alignment from the wheel warping to the left and touching the cable-tie. Normally you loosen first step as opposed to tighten because the majority of spokes are in tension. Unless a spoke is wobbly loose then you would tighten. This is just a quick fix method as opposed to using a dedicated truing stand.

Spoke key. You might already have a version in a multi-tool but dedicated one is easier to use
