What would you say is the safe range for temperatures in the long run? I overclocked mine to 4.7 ghz @ 1.2 core voltage and when I stress test it with cinebench r23 im getting temperatures of 78-81 degrees. Is this safe long term or is this going to quickly degrade my cpu? Im thinking of lowering it to 4.6 ghz @ 1.152 core voltage as that will give me temps between 70-75 degrees celcius. Appreciate the help 😊

Hi, I have a aio cooled 7700K with four sticks of corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz. I tried to use XMP but it causes major stutters. I have cpu on stocks settings which means on my case that it's all cores synced to 4,5mhz. What would be the medicine to get stable RAM overclock or is just that much harder for four sticks?

I never overclocked my 7700k, im gonna try today, im having issues with some games, cpu bottlenecking, so i will just push to 4.5 maybe, any suggestions?
