Of course, there is still a risk. But since each gathering of customers come from a single neighborhood, it significantly reduces spreading anything contagious. They also may have filmed it to be used as promotion footage even after the pandemic.
I’ve been teaching people how to build coffee trucks for years. Love the horse trailer model. Kudos to these guys for pushing their dreams forward!
