Went to their London concert . Never ever in my life I cried and laughed and felt every emotion even without knowing the language. They are amazing and hope that they make some music in english too as the world need to know them. They are so unique!
i mostly went to metal concerts, always liked karpe but never any huge fan like my wife. Went to a concert for her sake and went out as a hardcore fan. i NEVER seen such dedicated fans in my whole life. The connection they have with their fans are like nothing I've seen before. Karpe has become a Norwegian national treasure. It's not only music, it's pure art
Why doesnt more people from the rest of the world doesnt react to this band???
Hehe i am from norway and i sadly forgot them and how could i forget them!!! ?? I am dissapointed in myself😅 they are AMAZING.

I have to add that it took place in Oslo Spectrum Arena that can host up to 10000 people.
And they have sold out this show ten Saturdays in a streak. Like ten shows sold out in the same arena for ten weeks in a row.
Karpe is impossible to describe without writing a book, as someone did... Their fans know every word and the meaning behind the lyrics. Take a look at "Toyotan til Magdi" from the same arena, but from 2013! It tells you something. I,m 64, was at one of their last conserts, and to tell you the truth, I could not walk or talk the next day! Big fan!
I'll just repeat myself here: There are two things that unite Norway like nothing else (IMO, clearly biased here) and it's King Haralds speaches, and Karpe. Poets and pioneers. They sang for our country after the gruesome 22.07 massacre too.

I was at one of their shows. Didn’t take a single photo, didn’t get any of it on camera, the whole thing just sucked me in. I feel a little bit sorry for the younger generation because they will never get to experience the feeling this show brought on and fully understand the cultural implication. You need to react to baraf/fairuz as well, please do it
