They were not pro-Israeli protestors. They were basically Proud Boys from outside UCLA launching fireworks at the encampment and being violent and the campus police did nothing for 3 hours.
The protestors have proved a real point. The United States law enforcement is doing exactly what the protestors wanted. Providing a visualization of how Palestinians are treated every day. Unlawful protest maybe but still using their constitutional right to protest. I don't agree with the vandalism but you do have to admire their cause. Israel made a huge mistake in Gaza and people are upset about. This is a protest to bring awareness not a militia group. Displacing protestors with fear isn't how you reconcile differences. Angering protestors trying to be heard is how civil rights movements start. My two cents
