Watch his shocking reaction as the car navigates through traffic with ease. Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more exciting content!
    CHAPTERS:
    00:09 Introduction
00:39 Marsha switches lanes naturally. Dad is shook!
01:22 Dad: "Can you control when the system makes the lane change or remain in lane depending on speed/leisure?"
02:00 Curvature in road and system's reaction to it.
02:29 Dad: "The system decides to go on the express?" ..followed by lack of pothole detection :D.
02:56 Dad is impressed with lane recognition capability on road under construction with worn off lanes, followed by intense moment!
03:56 Marc to Dad: " Did that stress you out?". Dad compares Tesla self driving to Toyota's Safety Sense tech - which includes radar - and why it is challenging to give up control to an autonomous vehicle.
05:13 Marc to Dad: "So is it that you think the system is not smooth or natural feeling?"
    06:23 Dad: A seasoned driver's perspective.
    08:03 Object detection.
09:59 Kry explains Tesla's Occupancy Network, the system behind Tesla's superior object detection.
10:35 Kry's questions to Dad : "What can the car or company do to give you confidence to let the car drive itself and give control up?"
13:25 Dad: Adapting to traffic from a human's perspective.
14:25 Marsha going a little too spicy around the corner.
15:38 Marsha reacts to car entering lane with no indication. Final set of lane changes before exiting highway.
17:01 Commentary on last lane change before exiting and final right turn followed by Dad's final thoughts!

My 11.4.4 did not recognize or try to avoid buzzards on the roadway
, but was not pleased with me having to cross the yellow line tp avoid.

6:00 meanwhile, the car is camping on the left lane while there's no reason for this ^^

Great! Can you include the FSD Beta version in your title, for tracking progression purposes? Thanks!

Hey! Thanks for the feedback! We usually put it in the title for new updates. I added it in the description for easier referencing.

At this point of the video czcams.com/video/NVwem93PZa8/video.html you and your dad talked about what if a tire flys into the road and you said that it needs to be trained on that well that isn't true because all of that stuff what I like to call the unknowns falls under the opacity network it can see stuff even if it doesn't know what it is does that make sense ?

Those types of edge cases will require training via computer animations and I'm sure will come. Regardless, it is most probable that even a computer will not be able to have a car react fast enough to avoid any imminent impact from a rouge wheel at highway speeds.

      Haha! "rouge"! "Rogue".

Great points! We believe that the occupancy network will help with this in some way (random tire in the middle of the road), but we still believe that the system will need training on how to react to projectiles in general.
