hi Ferdy, I had tried a few other tutorials but yours was by far the best one. I was able to create the basis of my website using both Elementor and the Phlox theme. I also added the "Elements" AddOn to Elementor so that I could use the animated text widget. In case you haven't seen it it's name is "EAE - Animated text".
Now I'm just trying to tinker the site so it looks ok on tablet and mobile too.

When I click on Sub Footer and enable it, I do not see columns on my pages. Do I have to select a certain / specific layout of the pages? I have chosen "Elementor Full Width" as the template for that page. Note: I have enabled sub footer, but it is not showing up on any page on my site. Kindly help!
How the seo ranking is affected by the content we write on the page builder? .. For example we write on elementor our page or post content with headings, images via its text block, and then we return to the classic WordPress editor to set up the keyphrase or keyword via an seo plugin and publish our post or page!
question: If I download and install the Elementor page builder plugin would I still need to have the auxin phlox core element plugin active or is it ok to deactivate phlox core elements?

Hi Ferdy! thanks for this great tut. At 52:41, I can see you drag and drop the header in the row without any issue. When replicating this, the row I get after uploading the background picture becomes way smaller than yours which cause the Header text to be fragmented in 2 lines. Any idea of how to fix this?
Don't know if that has something to do with that, but when I upload the picture, the picture is full width but is not full height, thus I have to manually by increase the padding so that it is like yours.

Hello, may I ask you why you using Astra in your website, while in this tutorial when I see the phlox theme seems to have a lot of options and features? Im just curious, what the reason was to select Astra instead of Phlox :) Thanks
When I tried to follow the step, where you don't want to have the Home page displayed as Home, instead just have the logo as a link back to the home page, it would not work, so I am stuck with the home page displayed as a page in the menu, is there anything else I can try?? Hi Ferdy, I have used Elementor before on a existing Website, since I have seen this tutorial i said let me use it on my website, done everything by the book, but when i arrive on 46:37 / 3:34:42 only the background appears not the changes i made meaning only the background not menu no content appears when i try and edit with Elementor, please help URGENTLY.

Question: since nowadays you can also build the theme with Elementor, lets say header, footer, singe page etc., would you recommend that? Or would you rather recommend to use the Theme for header etc. and why would you choose it, what oculd be the disadvantages if one uses "Themebuilder" in Elementor?
You are welcome. With themes like Blocksy for instance, it is so much easier to configure a header and footer than it is using Elementor. I prefer themes but if you have Elementor Pro and know how to do it, it gives you more freedom to create the header you have in mind.

Great video and extremely helpful. But I can't figure out how to show up this hover menu on top of the Elementor's elements (sections and others). It's very useful but I don't know how to enable it. And one more thing, why there isn't a login/register page and menu items? It will be great if you add them to the video. I wonder if you could shed some light on my idea. Basically I want to create a website with about 7 main pages as well as the usual pages About/contact/ FAQ/ - The website I am thinking to build is a combination of pages with information as well as affiliate links for amazon products. I have been looking everywhere trying to find a video or info on how to go about doing this, I even checked out Elementor's own channel but there is nothing there.

Anyone know if Ferdy has an update video on this same topic, WP has changed a bit and it’s a little challenging to do some of the steps because of the WP changes.
excellent video and presentation. I can see this has been a huge help to many, including myself. But as I type this I just want to make people aware that the Phlox theme is in a bad way ... I downloaded and installed it but most of the customization options are being 'Deprecated' so will not function. Especially the Header customization. It instead suggests to use a header theme which just seems to fudge things up big time which is a real shame as this will only harm the reputation of the theme.

For instance, when I go to Elementor, it looks different. I start the same, but you have something different. I even changed my theme to phlox so I could follow along. But too many things are different. Do you have any idea why this is?

Hi, you can go to the blogpage, edit it, go the screen options and select 'revisions' and put back an old revision. Does that solve the problem?

Hello, could you help me with sticky header? I disabled logo scaling because i didn't like it and it works perfectly when im in the customizaiton but it's still scaling in the website itself, even though it's published. I don't like it cause it makes a weird jump while scrolling, it looks buggy :/

I just want to inform you that everything works properly, except Blog Page (not Blog post) meaning that I got an error ("Call to undefined method WP_Image_Editor_Imagick::get_error_message() in on line"). Blog Page unfortunately is not functioning. I have no idea what do I have to do in order to make this work? In Phlox core element plugin I have a notice : "Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress". I have the up to date of Wordpress version

Thank you so much for this tutorial!! I have a question. For example with the 'What Our Clients Say About Us' all the messages are about the same length, so they all appear on three lines. What if one review is longer then the other? The boxes would become of unequal size. What is a way to overcome this problem? Thanks in advance!
