Good morning! Its true what you've shared. I'm a Malaysian going to the Philippines about once a year. I love the untrodden trails because of the friendly locals who give me a chance to be with them. They're God fearing & beautiful lot. So much to learn from them about their culture, & esp. food, etc. My friend originally lived in Asia finally chose to live there last year because he found a younger English-speaking girl to care for him. Its always funny to see people look at my wife cause she's one white and two we're married. You don't see amything like us in Surigao City. But now people there pretty much knows who she is, since we go home every year to visit family, But in the beginning it was pretty funny to see especially when they looked at my kids. And since the country is funny open. We plan to fly home this year for the holidays and avoid the snow.
