Good catch, on my way back to return it. Also, the packaging and instructions are glued on to the door! There is glue residue on the top, bottom and inside of the center rails which are exposed when the door is open. Terrible QC by Lowes buyers.
It's so hard to find anything helpful online for these doors. Never had a problem installing bifold doors before. I was shocked to see the cheap hardware, but tried installing them anyway. With lack of decent instruction, I accidentally inserted two pegs in the wrong holes so the door was upside down. I tried to remove them and broke one of those cheap pegs and damaged another one. So now I am using makeshift parts to replace them. What a mess! I don't even understand the spring-loaded end bumpers. Where do they go? Why do I need them? I have one set of doors up and working on the other one. Thanks for providing at least some information on this #@$%$# hardware!!
Tinkered with the end bumpers and found out where they are supposed to go. But it looks like they will just fall off frequently, and be another headache. I am so disgusted with these doors. I already spent a lot of time painting them. Can't return them now.😡 Thanks again for the video. At least I have other DIYers to commiserate with!
It's amaze we have to navigate. No honest competition and no respect for the client. Just deceptions and schemes to get rich quick. Different things called the same, same thing called differently. This has been going on for a while.

and the manual doesn't give you rough opening. That's another reason to return it.
