Morocco has the blueprint that Africa will follow. As a matter of fact, a bunch of African federations have started already. CAF president has a very close working relationship with Moroccan Football Federation and has been in Morocco so many times that he practically lives there. African football has a bright future for sure.

Just imagine if this Morocco run to the semifinal (and potentially to the final) was not not now, but 50 years ago. If an african team had broken the euro-south-american ceiling of international football before, maybe Mbappé would be playing for Cameroon and not France, maybe Saka would be playing for Nigeria and not England, maybe Kanté would be playing for Mali, not France. This Morocco run is *huge* for african football, and I think that it truly will inspire future african players for playing for their home nation (or parents nation) instead of the nation they reside in.
