Joe you should look into how the large youtubers structure their videos, and how to keep viewers interested. I've been noticing your views going down and if you structure the videos in a slightly different manor you could get way more views. For example maybe "teasing" about a conclusion coming at the and early on in the video to keep people watching. Just to be clear this is no hate, I've been watching this channel for years and I want to see you get millions of views. Figure out how to make videos get recommended and you'll be all set. You've got the stories, just maybe lacking the proper structure to use the youtube algorithms to your advantage! Keep it up man :D
Oh and also, you should reach out to companies that could be potential sponsors. You've got a ton of subs and I bet a lot of companies would want to reach your audience. With just some minor changes there is no reason you shouldn't be able to get at least 200k views on your videos on average! All the best

So I was a trusty in couny and I was a janitor so we cleaned up after all the fights and cop cars with puke and pee and blood and we had to clean up all the holding cells in booking but I seen alot of crazy shit in there doing that job
I remember being in Norfolk city jail and I was in J block. The toilets were out in the middle of the block!! No curtain, nothing! I didn't go to the bathroom for 13 days. Virginia Beach jail came and got me ( that's who had a hold on me) it took me another 6 days after I got to that jail before I finally went! Miserable! I will NEVER forget that. 😫 Great video Joe!! ❣ P.S. In Goochland ( prison) the water would ALWAYS get cut off..so we couldn't flush..you can imagine..Hot Humid summer, no AC , 100 women all using the bathroom, 4 toilets to a Hall. 😬

The way my local prison SPS Barlinnie,the toilets where at the end of the hall,this prisons victoriana,the toilets where infested with cockraochs,if you where first there in the morning you got to witness a mass exodus of roaches,this was a horiffic sight,the floor and on the sinks these things where everywhere,hit that light n the floor shifted, was happy to see the end of slopping out n get in cell sanitation n a TV😂😂
