As a guy that started out in the mid 80's at Orlando Speed world on a GS trying to get my Mikuni smoothbores jetted right, I like and understand all of the give and take involved. Thanks again!
I haven't gotten fuel on my hands while tuning a bike in many years ;)
This is ABSOLUTELY the best explanation ever on whats done and whats not compared to others out there trying to show before/after results. Thanks alot for that Brock! 💯✅
Wow, thank you! Glad you like.
Brock ! I dont think you hear it enough, but think you for keeping our sport alive, I've owned many suzuki's , and have a ZX14R now, thinking about a used H2 later , I'm 51 years old, and you have been a die hard motorcycle enthusiast for many years,. Again thank you, and who knows maybe a ZH2 is calling my name !
Thank you for the kind words 🙏🙏 and I'm glad you appreciate our work. It runs much deeper than just selling motorcycle parts...as our sport continues to be attacked from all sides, we do our best to educate the current and future generations on how bikes work and the associated pleasure of making them work even better.
if high school was as interesting as your videos I believe I would have been a straight A student
Thank you Brock and team. Can't wait to get my ZH2 and add your goodies to it 😀
I’ve been looking every day for this video! Can’t wait for you to tune my ZH2!
On the edge of my seat here... watching for these updates all the time... Thinking about during rides... great videos - well produced - thank you... !
Every episode brings more knowledge. Oh! And more HP at the rear wheel!
I've just had hernia surgery and spent the last week and a bit down a youtube rabbit hole. Your videos are fantastic, and are making it much easier for me to work out what my next bike will be. Thanks for your efforts you legend!
Glad you have the time to enjoy our work... hopefully under better circumstances next time. Get well soon! - BD
Thank you for your time putting these vids out.
You are just the best ! I was sure that if someone can hack this ECU it will be you ! I'm dying to wait and see the final map !
Sounded sooo good with the Penta on it!!
Wow Brock that is some serious gains. As always enjoying your videos.
Great gains! Can’t wait to see the final results, and those runs in Mexico. I’ve been checking back every day. Waiting on those winter deals to pick one up.
Nice!! I can’t wait to see the next video!! Brock Rock’s!!! 🚀🚀👀
Your videos are great dude thanks for all the great information and detail
Glad you like them!
What a great sounding exhaust!
With every video I am just amazed at the progress. wow.
We ain't done yet 😉
Wouha, j'adore !
Super travail, super vidéo 👍.
Merci de continuer le rêve 🤗
Such great information. Nobody does it better than Brock. Thanks for sharing man! Regards, Bergie
I appreciate that!
cant wait to order from these guys, my zh2 is getting the brocks treatment!
As a layman I'm unfamiliar with the more technical aspects of this build. However,as a tradesmen I love to watch another tradesmen work regardless of the industry. Beautiful bike, and awesome gains. Keep it up👍
Cool, thanks 👍👍
Brock you are the real deal. I'm gonna buy a filter
Oh my god!!!
Good work 👍👍👍
Finally!! The monster wakes up!
Great video!!!!!
All I can say is, "WOW!'' You should have a sign in the lab that says- 'MADMAN AT WORK. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!' Seriously, solid work.
I wish I could just hang out with Brock and talk bikes man. Awesome content bro!!
Lol, careful what you ask for...my wife says I'm a PITA!
@@BrockDavidson lol man I have the 2021 Zx-10R and I want that thing tuned so bad.
We are currently working on new items for the 2021 zx10r. It should be a strong runner once properly sorted.
@@BrockDavidson thanks for responding brother! One day I’m gonna get your exhaust for it lol
Awesome amazing fantastic marvelous superb
Awesome video as always, this channel makes me want to trade my R1 for a Ninja H2 and take it from stock to Brock 💪
@AB B careful what you ask for ;) bit.ly/3eYpzME
This is a z h2, no? Tbe naked upright version
Yea! You da Man!
Amazing
Love to see the AF in the high 11s at the most for longevity. Everything I know about forced induction scares me when you have it over 12 to 1. Might be fine but might not. Remember that in the colder months the air density is greater which will also lean the bike out. Might be playing with fire here
We use 40+ years of motorcycle track side experience as a guide as it's served us well.
soo sick
You should add an intercooler from extreme creations
Pure genius.....
Thanks for the awesome video!! I have 23 model. Are all those ECU's a tunable?

I kno u are a busy man but damn I wish u uploaded more videos... Can't wait until the next one...
Brock's Performance has effectively doubled in size in the last 18 months...but that hasn't stopped us from making content. I will admit that it certainly has slowed us down a bit.
@@BrockDavidson that's wonderful to hear because from all the videos I've watched, it seems like alot care, love, and hard work goes into ur product. I love hearing that damn Penta Carbon exhaust; music to my ears....
try it last year and that things is already a monster stock....i can't imagine how scary it will be with 50hp more
Your videos could be on Netflix. 👌
I see that you always the powercomander, is the bazzaz do the same job ?
Not really. Although the Bazzaz is good unit (Amar Bazzaz is a friend of mine and a great guy, btw!) - it does not interface with the dyno, dyno controls etc to control the rate of acceleration. By doing this, while communicating directly with the PCV in real time - the 250I can make automatic adjustments to the map, under changing loads/rpm's/throttle positions, as shown in the video. This method produces the quickest acceleration/best peak and average power and especially smoothest drivability than any other means, IMHO.
@@BrockDavidson wow that's a very good information you just answer, I appreciate that lesson. Thank you very much. It's a bless having people like you making this video's. 💪
214 with Sprint filter and stock exhaust? There may be something to be said by staying right there....staying totally incognito, keeping ALL the neighbors happy and still being able to dust almost anything you want. Oh great Brock, YOU ARE THE MASTER!!!
Always very instresing enjoyable videos brocks regardless of make and model.
Approximately what would the sprint P08 perform like 🤔 have you done any back to back testing on both sprint filters
That depends on the bike/power/etc. They are very close in performance in most cases...but as power demands exceed, the p08 f1-85 really excel.
@@BrockDavidson could you comment on the actual filtering ability? I've always ran K&N because it kept my air box clean of all debis but I know it's definitely not the best performance. Would you say Sprint is good enough for street usage day in and day out on a sport bikes? (gsxr750)
@@connor1982 I'm running a sprint P08 in my H2 I clean it every oil change 3500miles and there absolutely no dirt bugs grit what so every when I look in around the airbox housing
@@K-carbon ok that sounds good to me. But what kind of climate do you live in? I live near a beach and forests so I'm concerned about very small particles getting into the motor and what not
@@connor1982 im in Ireland im a few miles from the sea lreland has lots of trees 🌳 forests I was slightly concerned about how it filter but after running the bike with a stock filter for 3500miles from new and inspecting it and then running the the sprint P08 for 3500miles I couldn't see any difference in the air box looks into it with a very strong light not a spec of dirt etc in there.if I did find dirt I be going back to stock.running the P08 you can actually here the super charger clearer kind of out true the exhaust.really easy to clean allso I bought it off brocks top man he is
So you can set a target a/f ratio in your software and the dynojet software can build a map around that number for the pc 5? That’s awfully cool stuff.
That is correct... and YES, very cool. Saves a bunch of time, wear and tear on engine and makes a perfect map.
I thought it was modifying PCV valves. Lots of people miss out on a bit of power there.
Are there going to be any changes to ignition timing? Thanks for vid
Yes. More info: bit.ly/3EfoYUw
Does setting the shift light at a given RPM also act as a rev limiter, or no ?
Thanks, Chris in San Diego.
No. The shift light is used to shift the bike at it's optimal point to maximize acceleration. The rev limiter helps prevent engine damage after missing the the optimal shift point(s).
I've got a question. Are we not able to get the fueling done in the ECU yet? Is that why you're still having to use a Power Commander?
There are two replies to that question. Correct, a fuel tune is currently not available...but will be after we create it using the power commander. Second, just because the Internet doesn't like piggy-backs.... doesn't mean we don't. We KNOW they work better, so we use them to obtain maximum performance.
@@BrockDavidson Thanks for the reply. No issues with a Power Commander here other than my laziness, lol.
Any other 21 z900 tuning? Haven’t seen the flash on your website
Unfortunately, no and we won't be offering that flash as Guhl Motors has decided to leave the motorcycle ECU industry. More info: bit.ly/3tyNH1a
Whats with the bike going flat from 11k to 12.5ish on the powerband? Seems like the power and torque both go flat in that range. Never seen a flashed bike do that before.
It's not fully tuned, yet.
I just did your PC, Sprint , and full pipe last month.
How close will that PC map be when I do the Bren ECU flash ?
Thanks, Chris in San Diego.
As close as we know how to make it ;)
@@BrockDavidson good luck!!! by the time i got a zh2 its already out hahaha
What was the reason for going to higher rpms the second run after you put the filter in from 208 to 212? You're pulling off the throtle early on the first run is there a reason for that ?
Where in the video do you mean? Timestamp?
Time for another trip to Mexico.
Almost ;)
Hi Brock. I BOUGHT PC5 FROM YOU WITH PRETUNED RACE TRACK MODE IN IT LAST APRIL AND JUST INSTALLED IT LAST WEEK ON MY Z H2. SHOULD I REMOVE/DETACH THE WHOLE O2 SENSOR HARNESH ENTIRELY FROM THE BIKE?
MY CURRENT SET UP...FULL EXHAUST PENTA CARBON, SPRINT FILTER...SOON STAGE 2 BRENTUNING FLASH (ON GOING NOW). please advise Brock. Thank you🥰😍🤩😇
@TITO ED VLOG Please submit a map request form: blog.brocksperformance.com/category/map-support/ even though you asked for a pre-installed map, the only way to make sure you have the latest, updated map is to ask for it. This map will also give you detailed instructions on the proper set-up for your combination, with and without the BT MOTO flash(s). in a nutshell: no ECU flash, O2 sensor must remain plugged in. With ECU flash: O2 Sensor must be removed. You must submit a separate form for each map requested. The Z H2 is still under constant development and things are changing quickly, please e-mail me directly for the latest update release dates. We have the final race config going live in the next several days and we are working on the street flash with fuel tune also: bmail@brocksperformance.com
Thank you Brock!🥰😍🤩
I have your sprint filter p08. My ZH2 is currently stock. Just making sure I heard correctly… I can just take out the stock filter and put in your sprint filter without remapping or any work? Just swap and ride ?
@Leo with The 5.0 - correct.
Hey Brock! What is a good way to reach you for some help with my 19 zx10r? Having some quickshifter "issues" and wanted to poke your expertise. Thanks!
bmail@brocksperformance.com
Are you using a
Power Commander V (5) on this bike?
yes
BROCK, I tried to get some information from ur store but didn't have any luck getting a straight answer? I got a 03 ultra with A DRAGON T143, I need a swing arm for bigger tire n was looking to get ur carbon rims!.. do u make em for this old girl???...🤔
Swingarm: Not for an 03. Yes for 2009 and up.
Wheels, yes, but it will take some work due to your width constraints on the 03 (fender and frame width etc.) and fork config. Most upgrade to newer model forks (or inverted), swingarm etc... to make the conversion easier.
I'll take one of the sprint filters stuck in the flood
Dam nearly 100 lbs/feet of torque
Does brooks do swingarm extensions for the Suzuki b king
We do not. sorry.
Brock Davidson cheers for coming back to me guys . Have yee done any tuning on a b king ecu
It's the same as a Busa - not really restricted. a TRE and speedo healer removes any restriction.
👍
That 222hp is on the wheel, right ? How much would it be on the crank ?
Our correction factor is 11% - so 222 RWHP X 11% (1.11) = 246.42 HP
@@BrockDavidson Ok, thanks. Just thinking how it correlates to other new bikes, there is easily 40-50hp advantage over many sportbikes.
@@widelcd we call crankshaft hp happydick numbers...you will never ride a chain drive bike without drivetrain losses. It's just a bigger number for the OEMs to brag about to sell bikes.
When can we send in our ecu to get a flash? And what price point are you looking at?
brentuningmoto.com/motorcycle/kawasaki-z-h2-2020/
@@BrockDavidson I went there 1st thing issue is they are out of stock for the flash unit.
Can you put h2r cams in a zh2?
Although we have never done it - You should be able to.
Where did you find The Ecu on The Zh2 and how did you disconnect it? Or find The information you need to get the right Ecu flash tuning tool?
@Hans, no need to remove the ECU as tuning is performed through the OBD2 port. More info: brentuningmoto.com/motorcycle/kawasaki-z-h2-2020/
But when i buy the Ecu Flash tool from brentuning. Do they say that i need to tell them which number i got on My Ecu so i know if it fits My original Ecu. But i can’t find the Ecu on the bike and i can’t find any manual on the web browser so yeah, i don’t know how to continued forward🤔
Ok, i understand now. Please e-mail me directly at: bmail@brocksperformance.com and I will get you information.
@@hans0602 Did you receive my e-mail reply? Gmail likes to send us to the spam or promotions folders. Let me know.
Yes i did😊.Thx for fast replying.
Why does it show TPS going to 87.5% instead of 100%
Because OBD2 isn't scalable in this software. Wide Open Throttle input values in OBD2 generally read in the 95-100% range on most other bikes we test. This bike was considerably lower, but that doesn't matter as OBD2 is simply a reference. When we measure the same throttle signal using the 0-5V analog input meter built into the dyno, we see 100% at WOT and 0% with no input with a consistent linear value in between. We also see exactly the same if reading throttle input directly from the PCV. This is important for correct map creation, so we use one of the consistent/scalable measuring devices when developing maps. Unfortunately, the motorcycle world has not embraced OBD or OBD2 in the same manner as the automotive world, so different MFG's have different interpretations of how to handle it. Only about 10% of the makes/models we try to read with OBD2 work at all and, of those, the vast majority are Euro 5 compliant. Hope this helps.
how come the throttle isnt open at 100%?
Detailed explanation in same comment earlier.
so you cant flash it in house right now?
No. We are sending most requests to Chris Moore: bit.ly/2XayU0d
Is there any ecu flash for ninja h2 2020
Get with Chris Moore: bit.ly/2XayU0d
We have here in Australia for the 20 and 21 H2s
Brock. I really need to order a full exhaust system and other performance parts for my clone GSXR-1000R of yours. Is there ANY way you can take Bitcoin or any other crypto. I’ll even pay a little more.
Turn it into real money and place your order!
12:21 that scared the shit out of me and i wasn't iven driving
Exhaust on this and it’s going to smash the 220bhp barrier *edit wrote before 9 mins into video 🤣*
I tell my wife honey look at this cool things they can do to this bike , why she asks , well it makes more power and runs so good, oh she says so you can beat the other guy, no no I tell her it's way more than that.
That Predator exhaust you have for some bikes, such as the zx-14r, looks so much better than the penta carbon... Just saying... looks beefier
It's about double the weight, so your words have Merritt 😉
@@BrockDavidson perhaps the next iteration of the muffler can retain the look of the predator but the weight of the pentacarbon 😁
Some people want perfect boxes... but the box isn't the thing you are using.
So after 23 years of knowledge and growth you have a $32,000 bike that makes the same power as your 1999 Suzuki bandit with a big bore kit and polished heads.
Remember your roots and make some modern performance parts for the bandit please.
I'm not the best businessman out there...but I'm not the worst either... so I try very hard to avoid poor business decisions - Such as developing products for the .01% of our customers who ask for them.
wowwww.... 222
if one engine makes 260HP in one form of bike (H2), same engine should produce same HP in other form of bike (Z H2).
They aren't the same engine - the H2 has giant oval exhaust ports, the H2 SX and ZH2 have standard round ports. The Z H2 also is not fully tuned or finished in this video...
Plus a huge difference in compression much lower for the H2 and safer!
Wow. That's a really drawn out way of telling the world you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about LMAO
Is this tricky bastard sorted now!?
