The place used charcoal and the odor would stick with me to my office. My fellow staff would always remark about my dining choices. lol
Some Japanese food can be quite bizzare, but no doubt presentation is the best in the world. No matter what you’re eating, even the most basic beef bowl is beautifully presented.
eat with your eyes - its the Japanese way on food - and - umami. japanese food pallet is usually umami based and our aussie pallet is not used to it, might take time for some people to get used to it - but once you do..... shoelace drool umami

This video just makes me want to visit Japan! Well, actually, I've wanted to visit for a while now, but I'm concerned about the language barrier because I don't speak Japanese. I've never actually been anywhere where I don't speak the language. Did you guys have any language barrier issues over there?

Took a look through your archive on here and on your wonderful website but very little information. Before spending out our hard-earned cash, it would be great to know much more detail. Kym, just one or two examples shown, is not good enough! So, come on mate. You will probably get plenty of sales, who can resist? Richard.

During the F1 season it would at times feel more like another Insta account trying to show off. During this off season it's gone way overboard. Pity. There is enough of this Shhh already. Enjoy it if you do, it's up to you.
