Dr. William you’re amazing I love that you love what you do, that’s what makes you a great surgeon. I’m 6 weeks post op had tummy tuck and lipo with you so far so good I’m still swollen and my body is still healing but already look much better than before and I’ve gotten compliments on the incision the massage therapists say you did an excellent job and once healed the scar will be almost invisible

Dr. Williams from your videos and Instagram posts I understand you’re big on hips is it possible to do lipo and bbl without getting hips? I know it’s weird but I love my hip dips and want to keep them.

I’m looking for a Dr. I want to have surgery next month I had my tummy tuck back in 2016 I asked the doctor if he could do my BBL then and he said he don’t do tummies and BBL because with the tummy tuck you will be on your back after surgery so if he did my BBL I wouldn’t be able to sit on my bottom I’ve eventually found doctors that will do both at the same time but not in my area so I’ve been scouting Dr. for my BBL this year and I’m very impressed with your work

Hi Dr. William, Thank you for another great episode. Some of us have to shed some pounds prior to surgery day, for example, a Tummy tuck. Can you discuss options for us to prepare to lose the excess weight? What is the healthiest and best practice if our appointments are months away that we can do little things to make strides without traumatizing our bodies? How do you feel about eating methods such as portion control, fasting, or herbal cleansing pills to drop the weight? Many thanks -g

Hi!! Unfortunately I do not. Thank you for watching. I know that Brazil have a rich history in plastic surgery so I am sure you are in a good place for plastic surgery.
So does the lipo with the ogee line leaves someone with nice hips ?
Confused, if you do lipo, and later years the person puts in weight it won't go there but on other areas not lipoed,so if the butt has had no fat transfer wouldn't it go there and creat a natural ojee?

Love your artistry and thought-process. Can you tell me whether you would have any hesitation getting this ogee line through lipo360 and fat transfer in someone that has a tear in their hip labrum? Do you foresee any real issues in surgery or recovery due it being around the same area of the labrum tear (which is being managed via P.T. currently)? or would cosmetic surgery in this area be an absolute no, from your experience? Thank you, Dr!
I don't think it would affect your results in terms of the aesthetic result but you would have to check with your PT to see if they think you could manage the recovery. That might be the limiting step.

Just curious.. how many massages do you recommend after lipo 360?
I suggest 10 traditional massages over the first two weeks. One everyday for the first week and then every other day for the next week. And then 5 Manual Lymphatic Drainage massages over the following two weeks.
Just curious to know how much liter of fat do you remove? I know tickled Lipo that max is 3-5 liters. But is there a max for Lipo360? @Dr Williams
It's not really about the amount of fat you remove that gives you the shape but the amount you leave behind. I leave what I need to in order to get the shape I want.

I'm afraid that I'm not getting my best results. I didn't experience a swollen phase, like most girls fall in love with. I understand I'm only 10 days post op. But my bbl looks flat at the top. I got a fat transfer, nor does my waist look completely snatch. Should I address my surgeon, or just be patience. I wish he was aware of the ogee line.

IT's too soon. Just heal and massage and eat clean and give it time. A lot changes over time.
