    Dr. William you seem to showcase a lot of younger women getting BBLs. What about older women like me in my late 40’s who are dealing with gravity kicking in? Can you do a video on us. Are BBL challenges/successes different for this age group?

      I am 49 and I just had my bbl and lipo in June. I will be 3 months post-op on the September 23rd. My recovery was great. The only minor issue that I have is fibrosis but with my massages, captivation, and carboxy treatment. My results are great! Plus, I workout regularly regularly. It took me 5 years to do research and to think about whether I should get lipo and a BBL. Get your regular doctor's appointment and pray on the matter. No pressure.

      They are 2 separate surgeries. a TT removes the skin ONLY. And lipo removes the external fat. The surgeon will charge you for both, or simply do a one price deal. Surgeons before used to only do TT and now they do the combo for better results. And the lipo gets better every year because of the technology with the lipo instruments. It's also a better pull down of the skin if the lipo is done, = best results.

Is that possible ? I would appreciate your honest answer . Kinds Regards ,

      Most people don't realize you can sleep on your tummy after having a breast augmentation so you recover from your BBL exactly the same as you normally would. Place pillows under and above your breasts to take the pressure off your breasts.

    Hey Doc, I enjoy your videos. Would you consider an upcoming video that focuses on men’s health in regards to liposuction. I recently had the 360 procedure, and was very disappointed by the dearth of information out there for men. Small things like choosing the right Faja really hindered my progress post surgery. There are other factors, I have learned, that are different when compared to women’s health (exercise, diet, activity, sex, etc.). I think this will be helpful for men in the future.

    Hello Dr. Williams and thank you for this video. I have a question. I had a tummy tuck done in March 2021 and my stomach was never flat afterwards and I noticed that after I eat that my stomach swells and I look like Im about 4 to 5 months pregnant. The doctor that performed my surgery told me that it was visceral fat and that I needed to do some exercises and it would go away and he told me this about three months after my surgery when I stressed my concerns to him and I have since then lost 28 pounds and I still have the same issue with my stomach. Would this qualify for a tummy tuck revision? Or would a Lipo 360 fix the problem?
    Please advise.

    • @DrWilliamMiami

      It gives the sensation you are full and decreases caloric intake and the body will then burn fat to make up the caloric deficit and the body prefers to burn internal fat first--not in everyone but in most people.

    I'm having a tummy tuck next month. I've got an abdominal lipoma. Can it be removed surgically? I don't want it removed via liposuction because I'm not sure if the surgeon will be able to remove the sack completely. It's about 7cm
    Greetings from England 🇬🇧

    • @DrWilliamMiami
      @DrWilliamMiami  Před rokem +2

      You are right liposuction is not good for removing a lipoma. It depends on the surgeon and location of the lipoma--if it will not damage the blood supply to the tummy tuck flap than I usually remove them at the time of surgery but I would check with your surgeon to see their protocol.
