People that get etching aren’t likely to obtain the markings/muscular outline on the abdominal wall through exercise alone. I think it’s hard for most people people, especially women to obtain such markings on their own. This patient is unique.

Wow! I knew there was something about that procedure that didn’t seem right when I looked at the results because the results didn’t look bad at all but it just looks weird and i just couldn’t put my finger on it or explain why I didn’t like it. But now because of what you explained about the lack of asymmetrical THAT explains it! Yep that’s exactly why I don’t care for it.

I already have some skin laxity and I have a collagen condition. I feel that I will need some skin tightening with my lipo. What do you do gif individuals like me with skin laxity? To be clear I don’t require etching. The skin above my belly button sags a bit.
Liposuction itself will help to tighten skin because of scar generation but there is no specific treatment or therapy that truly tightens skin.

Hello dr. William I have surgery with you in 4 weeks for a tummy tuck , lipo360 and a bbl but I seen your new vid on Instagram where you say you don’t do lipo and tummy tucks together anymore , I was wondering since I scheduled my procedure about 6 months ago and now it’s only 4 weeks away will you still do my lipo with the tummy tuck?

Can a abdominal etching can be fix by a liposuction ?
Not usually no. Abdominal etching is permanent. That's the problem. You will have a six pack when you are 60 although if the skin droops it will not be in the same location. It is why I don't perform it.

I am not a big fan of any liposuction technique that uses thermal energy because it creates more scarring and more fibrosis. I’ve been booked with him for a year got to Miami yesterday and was canceled without him seeing me.. mind you I’m not over the BMI limit no remorse for the time or money spent very unprofessional. I was just one of those girls he decided he didn’t want to operate on. Please invest wisely ladies. I’ll be contacting the BBB today. They are doing NOTHING to accommodate me.
Did they tell you why you was cancelled? That’s what I’m scared of I’m booked with him but got a back up doc because I’m traveling far and I can’t afford to be cancelled.

Was your weight and BMI discussed during your consultation visit? I know I did with my surgeon. I had to get on the scale.

I don't think anything in this world is symmetrical that isn't man made, 😏..
I wish more doctors spoke like this and were truthful because I has some of my jaw shaved and it now looks odd the older I get and I have to be ear my hair a certain so it looks ok so please be careful with surgery because it can shift or Change I don’t care what some people promise 😘
Abdominal etching looks very unnatural to me, even ridiculous. Because , yes, the abs look way too perfect , and usually those abs do not match the shape of other body parts . Abs etching look very unnatural , artificial , like something that does not belong there . A normal stomach looks much better
