Also a video on the top reasons you may cancel a patient surgery or refuse to do the surgery? I would love to see an example about external fat on a patient vs internal fat. Like my 200 lbs can look different from Sarah 200lbs mine can be external fat hers can be internal where she would need to lose weight prior to surgery and I would be fine.I think this is a big misconception because some dolls may feel you pick and choose who surgery you want to do this explanation would help.

Hey doc! Can you do a video describing the risks and what to expect of getting stomach lipo if you’re a c-section mom.
Please do a video on fibrosis and how to avoid it if possible. A lot of misinformation going around and a lot of people think it's just cellulite!

I realize this isn’t the subject of this video. What about lipedema and someone that is riddled with lipomas? Does liposuction work? What would the pre-op measures be? If the person were to be scheduled for liposuction of the legs for lipomas and lipedema, what would be the course of action for preparing for surgery and what type of aftercare is required?
I have an appointment on July 3rd for tummy tuck with BBL. I am nervous. Dr. Williams is my doctor so I am confident I chose the best doctor. Hoping for no Lipo burns and that everything stays on schedule.
I had the same... no lipo burns and he got EVERY bit of fat out of me, so much that the massage therapists were telling me what a great job he did lol... you are in good hands trust me... i look great and its only been over a week... excited for a month from now!

Dr. William can you please talk about how long after a BBL one can workout, also, can cardio be included in the workout routine? If so, how long after the BBL? Will cardio jeopardize the fat transfer (BBL).
Have you considered using the Beautifill liposuction machine? It’s is supposed to lead to less downtime, less brushing, quicker recovery and eliminate the possibility of lipo burns.
Should you wear your garment while treating lipo burn??
I can’t wait to see the video about the fibrosis. So there is a way to get rid of fibrosis?
What do you think about radio frequency after a liposuction or tummy tuck? It really help with fibrosis? Can you use it to prevent fibrosis?

Can fibrosis heal in the long-term future, or you just have to live with it?
If you catch it early & get your massages you can get rid of it - if u wait to late you may need another rd of lipo to correct it
So the burning sensation I have is different. I only feel it when I compress area (when getting a massage too) or stretch my back like reaching for something when I’m not wearing my Faja. Also when I wake up in the morning as I get up 🔥 It feels like sunburn or rug burn. How come I only feel it when I stretched or compressing the area (flanks area)
I just got it done a few days ago and I feel the burn when I get up and stretch or sometimes walk. How long did it take for it to go away?

There is no treatment yet but I am working on something though but just not sure yet if it is getting the results we want. It is a tough problem.

I had liposuction 4 months ago en I have little bit of fibrosis on the side of my waist I think that is what it is , look like hard cords and hurt. Also I feel like my skin is ripping when a move o lay on my side. Don’t know why I feel this pain all around my waist
Wow, am 2 months, and I have that same thing on my right side, hurts like crazy when I turn, also around my waist. Am going to get some more massages to see if it helps.

Yes take your iron pill and get your levels up. And stay consistent after so you can heal properly

HOWEVER I WWNT FOR A SECOND ROUND. I WOKE UP I RELIEVED THAT I HAVE A FEW LITTLE HOLES BUT NOTHING BEEN DONE WHEN I FLU BACK TO MIA I WAS ROLD I DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH FAT. HOWEVER I HAVE ENOUGH FAT CAUSE I COULD STILL PICK UP MY DONUTS AND ITS MORE THAN A HAND FULL . I HAVE PAID FOR MY SURGERY . I never recommend liposuction for a third time. There is too much scar tissue to perform lipo.

For patients who have experience the lip burn, how long does the burning sensation lasts?
It can last for several months. The best way to minimize the burning is to touch and massage the area.
Can you do a video with Infections on the buttocks area with photos. I got bbl and lipo 360, and I believe I have a infection. I went to the ER which is getting treated now. This started a month later after my surgery and my wounds were close, so doctors believe that it was due to the surgeons clinic not having material sanitized well before using it on me. My infection looks like a dark hole which now I have 4 small holes on one of the corner of my ass not near where the incision was, and the other buttchick one hole on the center. I’ve been on antibiotics for a month, they seem to have almost closing but white liquid comes out here and there. At the begging when it started it looked like a big cyst but doctor popped it since it was hurting, after there that’s when the moles started developing.
Mind you my surgery was March 15, so it’s been a good while and since April 1, when this started developing he took me off the faja so I won’t sweat. I’m still till this day off from it. But my doctor doesn’t know I have been wearing at night since last week. Should I stop?

I have a dent after medial knee and inner thigh lipo. A lot if deep scar tissue on my left inner knee near the inscion. It's been 19 weeks. I stayed in compression for 3 months. Did all the MLD I was asked to do. My surgeon recommends I just massage with a vibrating scar roller on my own every day. The dent has improved, maybe a little bit, but still there. I'm regretting this surgery so far because this dent is making me feel more self conscious that I was before. Is there still a chance this will resolve in time?
I am sorry to hear that. It is a very tough area to lipo and what I tell my patients is that just having fat in the inner thighs is not a reason to have lipo because it can leave dents as you have experienced.
There are patients who are good candidates for liposuction in the inner thigh area, but they have to have a deposit that affects the SHAPE and not simply have fat there.
I would certainly roll. Compression and massage now are not going to help but rolling will. It will not completely correct your dent though. I would wait a year after your surgery and then see if your surgeon will fat graft that area--put fat back in to see if the deformity can be made to look better.

@DrWilliamMiami I'm very fit. I just had resistant fat around my knees and inner thighs. My inner thighs look great. I wanted to see some of the muscle mass I've built through the years. He told me I was the perfect candidate as I didn't have too much to remove. It was localized to that area. Maybe he miss judged.

Most surgeons recommend no more than 2.
I believe he only does 2 rounds, and he prefers to do the tummy tuck first then the lipo bbl

Is there anything that can help get rid of the burns?
Massage. Once they have healed over and there is skin in place then massage with a scar cream is the best way to minimize the appearance of the ischemia. Massage twice a day for two minutes each time. Massage has to be firm--not hurt--but be firm and done in little circles for half of the time and in a line for the other half.

I am a diabetic type 2 my A1C count is pretty good can I still come in
Your A1c has to be below 7.0 but the closer to normal the better. Don't buy pineapple juice or gatorade or anything like that with sugar in it to drink afterwards--just water. The better your glucose control the less chances you have of getting an infection.
