This is by far the best stretching routine on CZcams. I've tried others and I definitely see the difference afterwards, I am more flexible, I feel more relaxed and I don't have the pains that I use to. That was a great stretching routine! I thoroughly enjoy stretching. It helps me overcome tightness, and soreness - it also helps improve my flexibility. Again, that was a great stretching routine.
