Thanks, looks like I’m on this tomorrow. Having watched this, I think I’ll soak the fittings overnight before trying to undo them tomorrow 😉

Good on you for having a go legend.
    A tip if I may.
    When undoing hydraulic hoses.
Use a spanner on the male fitting to hold it.
And try to undo the Female fitting on the hose.
    But if that won't work.
The hose also has a small hex flat just behind the Female JIC fitting.
Use a spanner on the hose to hold the hex.
    And turn the Female fitting.
I hope I have explained that well enough.
And sometime shocking the Female fitting by using a chisel and lightly tapping with a hammer in the direction to undo
    (lefty loosely, Righty tighty)
    And lots of LUBE

I've got a leak in my final drive gear oil seal. Grit got into a hole in the plate cover and chewed up the seal I believe. Hopefully the planetary gears aren't damaged. With luck

Thanks for sharing. Hope I never have to do that. I do, however, have to change a hose down there. There are three bigger ones one smaller. I bought a set of flare spanners. Not so clever: they don't go over the coil protectors. And I can't squeeze any spanner in. I saw from your next vido that you'd finageled some spanners but I didn't see them actually in use. I'll look to see if they appear in another vid where you actually get the hoses undone.
