- Hey Everyone!
We set out to fix the track sprockets and rollers on the little O&K RH 1.17 Mini excavator. (Same undercarrige as some Schaff, Terex and others)
And as a bonus, i also found out how to operate one of these! (Sort of?)

With what you said at the end you're right, lifting one end with the bucket and slewing it is much easier on the tracks but it was a good test doing it just using the tracks.

The left drive motor is loose on the chassis,you can see it jiggling.
A bit different than the usual trucks but good content anyway! I appreciate that you took the time to fix things and didn't just install all new parts. Nice job!

I don’t know a bit of extra grease and those bearings will be like new. 😂😂😂🇦🇺
while you at it chainge the oil in final drive

You should’ve preheated the sprocket. The cast needs the extra heat to accept the weld. Also you should’ve serviced the drive motors with fresh oil.
Wow your sprockets have to be the most wore out I have ever seen.. I hope going forward it keeps working..
