Perfect!!! You are a natural teacher. Your instructions are thorough and concise. Thanks again for sharing.
Thank you, Michael!!
Nice video again - what I do like is that you mention the torque which is always helpful for the viewers ;-)
Great video 👍. I like to compress the rear suspension to get rid of the chain slack then tighten.
Great tip!
I absolutely love all of your videos, they are very informative and always easy to understand. When will your tool roll be back in stock, I’d love to get one. Thanks.
Hey Michael! Glad to see you here in the comment section again! As always thanks for the supportive comment! Means a lot.
This is our first product and we’ve placed the order with the factory this week. If all goes as planned end of July we start shipping.
Cheers

Ride safe!
Love it...! ❤
Thanks, Boris!! Nice weekend to you
Thank you ✌️ from your experience how often you need to adjust chain ? And how many kms does your chain last on your 300L? Thanks
Hi mate
Whenever im travelling I check and adjust (if needed) daily. Specially if im doing TET(Trans Euro Trail) then it’s a must to check the chain daily. I also take the opportunity to clean the chain. Average of 200-400km daily mostly off-road/gravel roads.
When Im just riding around town then it really depends. Usually above 800km of riding.
I’m still on my first chain on the CRF, bought it last year, so I don’t have a precise amount of km to share, however I’m expecting around 25.000km from it.
Another good video clear and consise. I would like to know what tool roll you use and what is in your kit. Or did I miss that video?
Hi mate and thanks for the supportive comment!
The tool roll is our first self designed product! We are stoked about it and is currently in manufacturing. The one you see in the video is one of the latest prototypes.

Good stuff and great timing.
We (2x '23 crf300ls) just came back from a trip in north Georgia (USA) mountains and this came up on the trip home.
Thanks for the great info.
We also heard a kind of crunching glass sound when engine braking.
It comes from the front of the bikes and stops when the clutch is pulled in.
Anbody have ideas?
Hey mate! Glad to hear you liked the video!
Hard to say without listening but crunching glass when engine braking doesn’t sound right.
Could it be the sound of the chain which coincides when you left off the gas then you can hear the chain touching the teeth of the front/rear sprocket?
If it is the sound of the chain do the following:
- clean completely the chain.
- clean completely the front/rear sprocket.
- add chain lubricant
- adjust the chain slack
If it was your chain dangling around or too much friction with the sprockets this should help.
Are you certain the noise is coming from inside the engine?
@@RoiaMoto Yes, we thought that it might be the chain and thats why we were looking there, but it sounds "different". (haha)
It really seems like its coming from the front half of the bike.
Sound is tough, I know. Rode buddy's and heard it after he pointed it out and then noticed on mine.
Figured maybe someone else has had something similar. I'll snoop around some more and update if we find anything.
thanks, keep it up.
@@RoiaMoto loose chain, tightening fixed it up
Cheers
So u had u bike a year or so .How many k have u done on it!?
Hi Alex
I’m at 7000km now.
Unfortunately from October to April the motorcycle stays in the garage due to the weather here where I live.. sucks a lot 😔
Don't you have 2 times this tutorial?
Yep, but this one is improved, I think.
Hi Alvaro,
That’s right. I had a previous one but some subscribers suggested that I should do it keeping the motorcycle on its side stand. After testing it myself I must say it is better so I decided to update this video.
Thanks for watching!
That’s correct. I update the video. Pretty much the only change is keeping the motorcycle on its side stand.
Thank you very much!
Thanks for the comment! Glad to hear the video was useful!
