My brother was blind and something of this nature happened to him, him not being given back the proper amount. When I found out, I was absolutely pissed I wasn't there when it happened because I would've raised hell to get his money back. People who treat disabled people this way deserve to have their names and faces shown to the public.

That’s DISGUSTING. I can’t even imagine how sick somebody has to be to even consider taking advantage of somebody in this way. Disabled or not, it’s simply disgusting and irrespective of the victim in the situation, it is still theft and fraudulent and illegal!
Sorry for the rant but … ugh. Just sickening.

@nicolegroves6880 you and your family are some of the real ones. Let's be honest, a lot of people look down so much on service work that they don't realize that there is WORK involved. And one of the biggest parts of that work is making your customers feel welcome (I've got a whole guest/host view when it comes to service work: service workers' job is to be a good host. In return, customers should be held to the standard of "be a good guest", but I digress). This employee/manager outright taking advantage of and stealing from this customer is disgusting and they should not only be banned, but blacklisted from working in any kind of service job.

Hi, I used to work at Panera Bread. It's not possible to have been the shift lead unless they stole the manager's card so it was 99.9% likely the manager. It doesn't matter who is logged onto the till. The manager would still have to manually swipe their card to authorize it. So, the manager who they called is likely the one who stole from her based on their reaction because that response would have NOT been allowed and they more likely would give her a new free gift card or a free meal.

Years ago, my friend, who was a single mother of two, would get her kids McDonald's happy meals every friday. She always had a check made out for the $11 and some odd cents because it was the same price every time she went. One month, her checking account was off by $100. This was before online banking, so she had to wait to get copies of her checks from the bank. When she got the copies, a mcdonalds employee had put an extra 1 before the $11 oh it $111 so he pocketed $100. Calls to the store manager was a basic "sorry, we were watching him close because he has done this before. Must have gone under the radar" what?! So she called corporate. It took 3 weeks and 12 messages to get someone to call her back! That person said, " Oh sorry, we will look into this." She made several follow-up calls over the next two months and got the run around. Finally, she got an official apology letter, and it included some coupons for her trouble. I wish tik tok was around then.

If you seen the video you would had noticed that the label was in small print and next to the other soda. Plus it was part of their sip club where you can get refills on it. It didn't really specify how much caffeine only as much as their black roast coffee or something to that effect. Also why 390 mgs of caffeine in a 30 ounce drink. That's more than red bull and other energy/caffeine drinks.

@@ThewigglyplantI’ve never seen charged next to a drink and assumed anything OTHER than energy drink. There’s no other logical conclusionz

I dont understand why the company doesnt care because they are being stolen from, too... surely. So you would expecthem to care even if they dont care about the customer.
