You forgot 2 things;
A genji can deflect 10 bastions because the enemy team can also have a genji which deflects your teams 5 bastions onto you.
But bastion isn’t the most insane thing, Zarya can shoot black holes the size of basket balls. And genji can deflect them. 10 basketball-sized black holes.

There’s a few things you missed. You didn’t really discuss Genji’s ultimate at all. There’s really not that much to discuss I guess, but you also forgot to mention that when he ults, he deflects with is katana instead of his wakizashi. Katanas are significantly more heavy than the short wakizashi, so the fact that he can deflect against 10 bastions (if a Genji on the other team deflects 5 bastions on your teams + another 5 bastions on their team) or 10 freaking black holes from Zarya makes him 10 times as powerful. Who knows, he may have the ability to end all life as we know it by slicing his katana through the earth. He may be holding back, and we have never seen his true potential.

Now as of 2019 we see Genji block three washing machine sized shots from a giant mech before send them back and aiming where he deflects them. Figure that sh*t out
Genji can actually stop even more bastions with his sword. If one of the enemy bastions switched to genji, and five bastions on the team of the "friendly" genji shoot at the deflecting enemy genji who directs the defelcted bullets at the deflecting friendly genji, he can deflect 10 bastions.

wait, if a tiny platform is floating in the air( still not connected to a solid, just the atmosphere, which is a gas) as soon as you exert force on said platform it wold be projected back down to the surface, thus changing nothing. However, if said platform was to have contact with the ground( i hate to bring up a naruto reference) like using chakura to walk on water, then yes, its possible :)

I don't know the back story to Reaper but I thought he was 'dead' or something similar to that and is kind of a paranormal or demon character and that how he has his powers. like I said, I dont know his back story.
Reaper is in a constant state of decomposing and regenerating. His current condition is purely biological and judging from the latest comic he probably looks like Deadpool judging from Ana's reaction when she pulled his mask off. The Life orbs you see in game is technically supposed to be the life energy he absorbs and leaves people as decayed pale corpses after entering a fight and it's possible that his shotguns are also of biological origin since the blasts leave a reddish color after shooting(indicating blood) and he seems to care little about them since he drops them and pulls new ones.

If Genji uses his ultimate and deflects all those bullets he would literally be withstanding even more G's and would be unleashing the same amount of energy released by 100 to 1550 pounds of TNT on average.

genji can deflect even more than that. if you have 5 bastions and one genji on the opposite team and 5 bastions on your team and all the bastions on your team fire at the opposing genji then he can deflect all them to you. if that happens while the bastions on the opposing team are also firing at you then you have 10 bastions firing at you, and he can deflect every single one of them

I always imagined Genji jumps by extending the bottoms of his robofeet and the second jump occurs when those extensions slam back in, creating the force necessary to create a pseudosolid surface for him to jump back off of. Since it took him some time to get used to his new body, and it has now been confirmed his legs are 100% mechanical, it is possible he has the ability to control them and this is one of the features he learned to time just right.
If the us military had that kind of weapon... oh boy every other country would be screwed! Genji could probably deflect NUCLEAR BOMBS!

He is definitely a magic cyborg ninja, as the giant green ghost dragon shows. Which explains some of his more terrifying feats. The double jump is probably him using magic to create a hard surface beneath him, you can even see it fall apart after he double jumps. The "dash" is probably more of a teleport and explains why he isn't goop, and his deflection probably relies on combining ancient ninja magic with cybernetic reflexes.

My thoughts on double jumping were more along the lines of continued momentum. Say, for example, he kicked with enough force in the direction he wanted to go while he still had some momentum. It would take a lot of force and it wouldn't take him very far. Also might explain why he only does one jump midair.
now I remember why genji is my favourite and best hero.

Im surprised that Gajin Goomba didn't mention this video in his breakdown of Genji as a ninja. Because one of his main arguments was that his primary weapon were shuriken. Which, yes, in the hands of a normal human are borderline useless when it comes to killing someone. But when thrown by a cyborg ninja badass with the force of bullets, suddenly become far more deadly.

Maybe Genji's sword just had some special force field to reverse the kinetic energy in the opposite direction. Then he just need to predict where the the bullet is going to land and position the sword at where the bullet will be passing. Then that force and speed will not be as high, but even so,it is still enough to make Genji a complete badass.
If you got 5 bastions on each team, and 1 genii on each team, and make the 5 bastions on the red team shoot the genii on the blue team, who will reflect them to the gengi on the red team. The 5 blue bastions should simultaneously shoot the red gengi, and he should reflect,.
If this is done properly, Gengi can deflect bullets from 10 bastions at once.

At least someone likes his stuff. I don't. He's more of a complainer than a thinker. What I mean is that he goes into extreme detail why something is wrong rather than coming up with a solution or an explanation of why this is fictionally possible.
Fun fact .. When Genji activates his ultimate, he shouts out: “Ryuu Gekiken!” That's the phonetic translation of the Kanji: 竜撃剣. In Japanese, Ryuu means dragon, and Gekiken means Kendo. Combined, the activation of his ultimate translates to: “Dragon Fencing!”
