Cook Anything, Anytime, Anywhere.
I didn't think The Waterboy was so accurate.
I would love to just sit down with Mr.Bruce on his back porch with a glass of sweet tea & listen to his childhood stories & gator stories & his swamp stories.
I believe honestly I could listen to him & NEVER GET TIRED OR BORED!!!
Hopefully he would also ask me to stay & eat!!!
Much love from Mobile Alabama
Love your videos Bruce! You’re life stories about your background and taking us on the boat in the bayou showing and explaining to us how it’s done. More than just a cooking show! Thanks for sharing with us. God Bless!
Bruce keep the vids coming you are a kick to watch.
Love yah Bruce Hi too Miss Janet 👋🐦.
Jo JO IN VT 😆💕
Bruce would be the guy that you would want to be with if you were stranded and didn't have anything to eat! The other side of things by the time that you could go back to your home you would want to stay with Bruce! The first time that I saw Bruce and Tyler I knew that there was more to him ! Now that Bruce is known it is making him show what a great man that he is!
Preach On JackC...Preach On!!!
I would love to sit with Mr.Bruce on his back porch with a glass of sweet tea & just listen to his life stories of childhood, gator hunting, & life growing up on the bayou.
Hopefully he would also ask me to stay & eat!!!

I love frog legs, and I bet Bruce's are THE BEST!
It's so much fun watching Bruce
I miss my great grandpa and grandma so much. When Bruce said have a skill be in that boat with grandpa I felt that in my heart.
I miss frogs and frog giggen.... I have never thought about it much here in Alabama where I don't see it hear the frogs anymore.... Loved eating those legs used to be sold everywhere....
Dad caught frogs by hand like you. He had a box made to fit the center section of our aluminum boat and it had a trap door . We caught 1 to 2 hundred every Friday and Saturday night during the late spring. He sold the big ones to buy shotgun shells. Mom fried the front and rear legs and the back. Fried fish to go with that along with fish in a red gravey. Mom sure was a good cook. Love thea videos.
I love Bruce and my new 28"-inch Blackstone! I cook outside and my wife's so happy without doing dishes!
I love to hear u talk about ur grandparents it reminds me so much of myself. Would have loves to seen how u prepared the frog leg (skinned and cleaned them)❤️👩🏽🍳
"It taste gooder"👍

Lovin' it! Give us MORE!
Those look delicious Bruce. We haven't had them in years.
Damn I love me some frog legs!!!!
Bruce we love you brother. Outstanding American
Love your show Bruce
Yummy 😋 I was 14 yrs old now 65 I went frog hunting around swampy ponds using onita eagle bow we killed 380 frogs Dam it was fun. 😊😊 Sure good eating.
Pretty much the way I grew up in Alabama enjoying a meal of fried frog legs, except we walked the pond bank or paddled a jonboat along the bank using gigs. I wasn't about to grab 'em with my hands 'cause cottonmouths also called those ponds home. We got a pond out back of the house that the bullfrogs and cottonmouths call home. Now that I see the local grocery has froze frog legs, I'm gonna give these recipes a try...and I won't have to worry about the cottonmouths.
These are great! Can’t wait to see the next one!
He reminds me of the famous good ole boy Louisiana television chef Justin Wilson Bruce needs his own cookin show down here in Louisiana, RIP Justin Wilson... Can't keep us good Cajuns down( I GUARAN-TEE)...
This man is so priceless! I'm so hungry!!
Mom always said have an open mind about everything. Food especially, I've tried frog legs ,never turned them down. I'll try them again.
That brings old memories when my brother and I use too go frog hunting when we were younger on the farm. Now that I have a 28" Pro Air fryer Blackstone griddle, I will be hunting some frogs. Thanks for the memories Bruce and keep the videos coming. 👍
I grew up eating froglegs fried in flour and butter that were fresh caught that day with family and freinds. Thanks for taking me memory lane!
He didn’t even know black stone seasoning existed till they handed him all this stuff to cook with for advertising he cooked with all the good ole stuff all these years now he’s a black stone chef his cobbler in the Dutch oven is legit

HI I NEVER KNEW YOU COULD EAT ALL OF THE FROG , I HAVE ONLY ATE THE LEGS AND BOY COULD I TELL YOU THE FIRST TIME I COOKED FROGS 🐸 LEGS.
been my favorite food since I was a kid 70 years ago shooting frogs with a bb gun or swatting with a barrel stave
Breaving hard fam lol
Bruce can you make something with turtle meat
Up North we call it double dipping too.
Add some brown sugar, garlic and ginger to the mix and Bam 💣 taste explosions
what oil did you use? thanks...... you do a super job!!!!! thanks for showing me
I am from south Louisiana frog capital we even have a frog festival down here.People say fried frogs taste like fried chicken 🍗 maybe so but without the fat it’s way leaner though!
Frog tastes like rattlesnake and neither taste like yard bird.
Bruce I could tell when I first laid eyes on you that you were a double dipper
But if grandpa or our pops showed us what to look up to life would sure be a whole lot easier but nothing is easy nor free out in the swamp
If you get chance make a fish soup I’m looking for good fish/seafood soup recipe and have no knowledge of this recipe and want to learn one
now you need to show us how to clean and use the rest of the frog
next justin wilson
Dude this is so gross that it makes it fun to watch.
If ya ain't ever cooked frogs before make sure you cut the tendon in the leg. If ya don't they will jump when the hit the heat. I've seen em jump clean out of a hot skillet of oil. It ain't fun when one lands on ya.
you mean you don't kill them first? you just boil them alive?
@@amethystflower8799 Yes you kill and skin them. Frogs, snake, and turtle will all stay moving after they are butchered. Turtle and snake will climb out of a frying pan if not butchered corretly. Since frog legs are designed to jump they will keep on if the tendons aint cut.
Meat falls off the bone because it's a naturally slimy creature
Did not ask to show me how to catch them. Just how to cook them.
Hipster scared of frogs , the older gentleman knows good food , the hipster with the beard looks out of his element, I was just sad when they seen those gators and didn’t eat one, from a Canadian eskimo
Odd or even
I think I will stick to jambalaya.
I’m from Australia 🇦🇺 tell me boys are frog legs as good as they sound
