Honestly don't understand why a grown man can't eat a darn frog leg. It's literally my favorite food in the world. I'm having them tonight. My whole family loves them.

@@constantthought6082 Find yourself a good Asian market. Many of them sell frozen frog legs from Asia. They aren't quite as good as those caught fresh in local waters, but most I've had are very good. Thaw them out and dry them VERY VERY well. Then season with salt, pepper, maybe some cajun shake or lemon pepper. Let sit for a few minutes. Then dredge them in flour seasoned with a little salt and pepper. Fry in cooking oil at 350 degrees F until golden brown - about 3-4 minutes per side. IMO frog legs are the perfect combination of chicken and seafood. Very clean tasting. Should be tender and juicy if they were processed correctly.

I was working in New Orleans a few years ago and took my nephew in a place to get dinner. Ordered the frog legs for an appetizer. He was 3 deep when I asked if heâd ever eaten frog legs before. He looked at me like I was crazy and said âthese arenât chicken wings?â
It was how fast they cooked. Didnât seem done enough for me.

I love frog legs I could eat em every day we used to gig them and usually got about 75 and we ate every single one of them with fried potatoes as a side dish. It doesn't get much better than that

My dad and I hand caught BIG bullfrogs in SW Missouri for years. We used flashlights and waded the ponds. Some of the best times of my life. Dip them in a beer batter and fry in the skillet. OMG

Enjoy the show. Been eating frog legs for over 50 years of my life. Started out with my granddad and now my grandson goes out hunting them. That right there is a southern delicacy. Cross between chicken and catfish. CJ, it was just all in your head. If you hadn't been in a swamp catching them and seeing them cleaned you wouldn't had a problem. A prime example of today's generation on thoughts on where food comes from. Food originally does not come from a styrofoam package wrapped in cellophane.
It was definitely a mental thing. But more so the cooking time. It just didnât seem done enough in my head lol
