Honda CBR 250 Starting issue

This is the issue i face regularly with my CBR 250 everyday in the morning. The mechanic in the authorized center says it has an issue with ON/OFF switch and needs to be replaced and i have a gut feeling its not that. Did anyone of you have this issue and if yes, how did you come out of it? Now a days the kicker timing is increasing significantly.

Check the fuel level pour more fuel like 2 litres and start it it will start like a gem

Its because of low compreasion, its a issue of piston or piston ring, replace it and problem will be solved.

I resolved this issue, it was a problem with electrical relay and a good mechanics help was needed to diagnose this, pl contact me if someone has similar issues that needs to be fixed

Maybe the issue is with fuel. Injector blocked or loke that. Try to use a fuel system cleaner. Liqui Moly Fuel system cleaner is recommended.
Or check the fuel pump...

Tell me why it won't start. Bullshit to people who say fuel, sparkplugs, or battery. My son has a mc22 90 model, all things working, spark, fuel and all of the above, no body knows, so don't listen and buy a heap of parts for nothing. Everything has been changed and tested and still nothing. ???????????????.
