Starting out taking 20mg of Lexapro (the maximum FDA dosage) after a cross taper from Trintellix / vortioxetine. A couple of notes on the experience so far.

Sending best wishes for your start up with Lexapro again. I never got beyond 10mg on Lexapro so 30mg should be amazing for you. 🤞🤞 I am still working away with the 5mg of Vortioxetine. Keep chugging away at it Daniel as I do too. What else can one do. Mary in Ireland

have you considered augmenting your medication instead of upping the dose? some people find buspar very helpful for anxiety, you could also check out the supplement lithium orotate (not carbonate)

What is the second medication that you added to the Lexapro that caused the sexual side effects

Amitriptyline! I know so many of these meds have sexual side effects as a potential side effect so it's often difficult to isolate the cause. But the combination itself can be the decisive factor.
