This channel represents my small attempt to reduce the stigma surrounding depression and anxiety, particular among younger males. I'm pretty resistant to antidepressants, the only one that has made noticeable difference is bupropion which I still take. Ketamine treatment also helped but not as much as I hoped.
As for anxiety, a few months on a low dose of Xanax almost solved it completely, I feel it very rarely now.
That is interesting to know that the xanax helped that much with the anxiety. Could l ask you what you took daily to bring it down and at what time of the day. Many thanks from Mary.
You forgot moclobemide/Aurorix
Do you ever take alcohol?? Does alcohol affect the efficacy of anti depressants??
Hi sir! I enjoy alcohol in moderation, yes. Definitely something worth asking your doctor about for a specific med. All mine advised was that moderation is okay (a few drinks, no crazy binges, etc).
The amount of times you mispronounced maoi’s was hilarious
I know :-(
