Warminster Police Audit 300621 - Don't film my private number plate, it's that one there; thanks!

- Debut audit - usual reflexive request for ID - they failed. Brief back and forth about public/private but on the whole a civil interaction, despite their show me your papers mentality.
Missed the opportunity to dismiss the Officers, my bad, lesson learned.
This is England 2021 - show me your papers!

ID and all that! Interesting reading for any citizen.
Lol, you time wasting toe rag.
@@Audit-The-Auditors indeed, but in the fullness of time all counties will be audited.
@Thomas Powell And yet here you are watching it! And clearly still not learning a thing. And making up the law as you go along too! If you're not the top prick in your prickdom, you should be!
@@Audit-The-Auditors When exactly will your Audit the Auditors campaign start as the 53 subscribers you've attracted in ten years must be really looking forward to it ? You don't seem to capture the support the way auditors do, do you? This channel, for instance has gained over 1k already and will keep on rising.
@Thomas Powell - You are RIGHT! - He is not another saddo,,,He is another brilliant auditor helping to hold police to account and stand up for public rights. Well said, Thomas
I don’t think I’ll get away with that with the traffic enforcement “hey that’s my private reg, stop filming” lol
The private reg is simply a reg number that has been generated by the DVLA. So it's not private, it's still under their jurisdiction.
Privately purchased registration or not, it's still public information if you choose to bring it out into the public domain. If you don't want your number plates recorded then get the bus to work.
PINACI - They are so FKN stupid about their "private" No. plates which can be seen and filmed all day, every day, by all and sundry!....And, Don't encourage her to get the bus.
Maybe if she walked or jogged to work, it would help her get fitter and lose some weight too.
Private number plates (otherwise known as personalised number plates, cherished number plates or private registrations) are personalised DVLA registration numbers which have been applied to a vehicle.
Private number plates are the same as regular number plates, except you can personalise them in a variety of different ways. It's a way for people to make their vehicles feel more personal to them and to make them stand out from the crowd. ... That's what makes private number plates different
@@simondamsell5508 They need to stop calling them 'Private' they're anything but private. And even if you do buy one, they're still owned by the DVLA and can be revoked if needed.
@@hazyblue69 its what i am saying
@@simondamsell5508 You can't legally personalise a private plate they are no different to a standard plate with regard to spacings etc they must be to BS AU 145d and soon to be BS AU 145e
They don't like someone who is assertive and you kept your cool well done
When auditors stay calm and refrain from swearing it just draws out the stupidity of these numpties even more.
Very well done. Police not like people doing this. Do police officers get away with anything today in UK?

The policeman's paradox: 'What you're doing isn't illegal but I'm going to treat you like you're committing a criminal act'
They are law enforcement, not feelings enforcement. What crime were they investigating?
She is worried about privacy however she is not that worried about showing a phone number written in her notepad at 4.48.
And a personal reg plate that basically says get on to me
You hurt her feelings by not obeying her illegal orders, .....Well done for putting her in check......😊👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏......
Returning tomorrow for subject access request for BWV of PC 2625 - hope she hasn't deleted it! Will also raise a complaint against the Sergeant for instructing colleagues to attempt to acquire my ID without resaonable grounds. Video to follow.

Peter - I would say it's pretty daft. In fact, on a Daftness Scale from 1 - 10......I'd score her ELEVEN!
Her EGO had to let us all know she drives a white BM with vanity plate. Here was me thinking she was in the grey corsa.
That's the logic the filth operate on

Great work - well handled and an excellent audit - well done and many thanks
Thank you Marko
I appreciate the less antagonistic style than some auditing I follow, but I also respect everyone who takes the time to showcase lack of basic laws shown by a large number of Public servants. Well done.
Spot on Auditing. Very calm. Very direct. Hope to see more of your videos.
Merthyr Tydifl videos up now mate.
you can see in there faces they are pissed off the cant do anything to you.
class audit mate
Hi, Great video, typical Gestapo tactics from these Constables. Regarding the female officers private number plate, Yes! you can purchase the plate from DVLA, Yes! you can sell it privately..but its still owned by the DVLA and they can recall the plate at any time as you only have the right to display it, the overruling ownership is still the DVLA.
Keep up the good work!
If they don't ID themself, ignore them and keep ignoring them even if they ID later. That will teach them to ID or get ignored. You did a great job on your debut man. And please always say you're livestreaming them to the internet for your safety and 50 people are watching, even if you're not livestreaming. 😉
Cheers - now have enough subs to live stream!
@@Ploddingalong67 Nice.
DVLA still own personalised plates and can take them away if requested to by police.
You only pay for the privilege to display the number.
She appears to be ignorant of number plates and is under the impression her's is private.
DVLA like to make people feel that it's private,
And they can't hide it like other personal Items, it must be on show at all times.
Why pay extortionate fee's for something you get for free, if you get my drift.
Correct. *All owned by the Secretary of State*
The right way to do it!
The thing that shocked me the most was there's a 30 year old Rover in the car par
Yeah thats part of an ongoing enquiry from 1994. Almost finished :-)
@@calpsy 😂😂
The arrogance they always have when challenged is always hilarious I think they always expect compliance and fail miserably when they don't receive it
Great work here chap
You were very polite and also took the time to educate the police. Good work.
Bill - Yeah, he should charge them a fee for the educational, on the job training!
£500 per hour should cover it!
Do Wiltshire Police say to a judge when asked their name, "It's there", and turn sideways ? I highly doubt it ...if they had any intelligence, they would have seen numerous previous AUDITS on youtube to see how to interact with the public...shame really, all they had to do was be nice and gotten the same result...but, no, had to do the usual bs , coupled with a terrible attitude...very disappointing...perhaps the Chief Constable can view this and see what he thinks...the public have greater respect for nice police officers and are always supportive
Hi there Ploddingalong, after watching this I'm very happy to have subscribed ....... Well done chief, keep up the most excellent work you ( and many others ) do for all of us and our rights, its very much appreciated ;-) ;-) These tyrannical hi viz wearing bandits need to know that they are NOT in anyway above the Law .....
Thank you. Back in the saddle shortly.
You really annoyed that cheeky middle aged WPC.
If they don't wan't want number plates to be publicly displayed they should protest that by not hampering peoples' rights and take their issues to the government.
Love it, when the perception of power starts running down their leg when they realise the member of the public knows, and can quote the regs.
That's just Chlamydia
Excellent job. Subscribed. 👍

Nicely done mate, new sub, good luck.
@tom Mcgrath - thank you so much
@Bees1970 Thank you so much.
Subbed, nice one
@@monkeybrelin thank you, really grateful.
The main reason why people have personized number plates is to tell everyone that my name is Karen or Bob etc
My brother spent a fortune on a private plate, I told him he could have saved the money, I already knew he was a dick!
I didnt think id ever see the basin haircut back in fashion lol
Excellent! loved the way you didn't let her get away from not identifying herself, they attempted to claim dominion over you but you clearly and assertively put them in their place.
@Peter Piper - The Sergeant's first intruction to them was to PNC me! Didn't happen. I have little regard for unlawful orders, and as free as they are to ask, even to repeat that request, in the absence of a crime I will simply protect my privacy. The repeated nature of the request was harrassment, which is far too prevalent a practise within the Force. It's a single act of defiance but worth it.
@@Ploddingalong67 they can only get your details when they catch you in the act of committing a crime, or about to commit a crime. Only when they have put you in handcuffs and read you your rights and informed you that you are under arrest, you have to reveal your name, address and date of birth. You should have informed them that in the absence of signs stating no entry or private land, you are on publicly accessible land. Seems that only certain police stations are receiving the memo stating not to approach or arrest auditors or photographers. Why after decades of tourists from different countries and sightseers never approached by anyone from any of the queens palaces? And nobody from said palace has ever called the police to attend and apprehend any photographer? You can film anything you can see in public, when out in public you don't have any right to privacy, and nobody can trespass your eyes.
@@Ploddingalong67 that arrogant, egotistical, narcissistic sergeant needs demoting or retracing asap.
She doesn't own the number plate other than the plastic it's made from, she just bought the right to display it, to the public, who can film it :)
X4 NFE is an odd number plate.
not if her name is Xanthe I suppose?
NFE Will be her initials
@@135Ops Great way to remain private in public!!!
So, she owns that number plate on that commercial vehicle?
What did she pay with?
If she paid with pounds, or from a bank, then she only paid with promissory notes, and they are only a promise to pay, so she doesn't own it.
What does she do for a living?
I thought she works in law enforcement, then shouldn't she know the law?
I suppose she thinks her vehicle is hers and not owned by the state?
And you have to have the number plate registered with the vehicle, so she gave up ownership when she registered them, she only has the right to buy, sell or use it on that vehicle it's registered to.
So, it's not private is it, an irrefutable fact that can't be disputed.
She did register it of her own free will, didn't she?
She was fully compos mentis at the time, wasn't she, when registering that number plate with that vehicle?
She works for who? And she clearly doesn't understand the importance of her act, madness.
She consented of her own free will, and gave up the "true title," by entering into that contract, oblivious, to the consequences of what she was doing, completely ignorant.
Correct: *all reg numbers are owned by the Secretary of State*
All true ! People won’t believe you when ya tell them though 🤣🤣
Wow! You completely nailed this audit. They just hate when proved wrong, you can see there ego slip straight down the plughole! 😂🤣
Thanks for sharing your awesome knowledge with us.
Take care. 👍👍
Thank you so much
Straight forward, non confrontational. You hit each piece of legislation in an accurate and firm manner, hence no reply. The bullying tactics trying to make you take a backward step to maintain safe distance is typical of an oppressive officer that has no part in a fair and diverse society. Good audit, congratulations.
Alan - Yep, that impressed me too! The whole manner of the auditor and his knowledge of the relevant laws was brilliant.
Hey, officer "number plate" ... your number plate is openly displayed, to everybody, everywhere, all the time... and an obviously personalized plate attracts attention.
Excellent debut. Kept ice cool and handled the situation well. You never backed down once. I look forward to more videos
"Don't film my license plate." "I've already filmed it." LOL
Brilliant your knowledge is off the law spot on loved it Stewart Wilts 👍👍
She dose not own the registration identification number, if she did then the DVLA would not have the power to take it from her, if she misused it however she dose own the reg PLATE.
Exactly, she simply bought the rights to display said plate on her car, not the number itself, that will always remain the property of the DVLA.
If number plates are private why the hell are they on public display.
If that was your first audit, well done. Very calm, knowledgeable, polite and professional. Pity the female Police Officer wasn't.
thank you so much
Concise and to the point, great vid.
I love the way the notepad come out and then goes back in

The girly one again escalating the situation and put in place
it's unbelievable how power-crazed the female officers are. They are almost guaranteed to escalute, issue unlawful orders and violate rights as a matter of course. Dreadful conduct. Cheers plodding.
Excellent Audit. Nigh on perfect, and you showed some of the regular auditors how it should be done. They could learn a lot from this. Keep up this quality and you'll be No. 1 in no time. Subbed.

A terrific debut audit. Nice one.
Thank you
Great vid m8,subbed!!
Much appreciated!
It's worrying how many police share the same struggle to understand the law that car number plates aren't private. If they were private we could all cover them up, so basic.
Simply brilliant - just subscribed
Definitely flushed out a bit of tyranny there. God bless & assist anyone lumbered with the company of that outrageous tyrant.
The next time a fuzz demands ID say something like: "I'm sorry officer but I handed in my State issued ID card in 1952, the last time a UK citizen was required to produce ID on demand to a police officer."
"I have no objection to you filming" so jog on then copper Rice v. Connolly (1966) they hate that one
"Who are you Sir.....er Madam....."
5:47 "My number plate with my name on it"... so her name is X4 NFE.., isn't it ironic that she wanted privacy but instead ended up broadcasting to the world which car is actually hers.
Comedy gold.
Perhaps if I’m ever asked for my name by the police I will just give them my number “ 7” there are so many criminals in uniform or in prison iti may be the safest way. Well done auditor.
WPC: "Auditing for what?" Reply: "Auditing for abuses of legislation"

"ah constable, welcome to your Section 26 assessment. You're a little tardy, but I'll let that go"

Very well handled ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Just because she has a number plate she has purchased separately from the car it is still owned by the DVLA. Otherwise we could buy any plate with any messages we like.
"I am asking you not to....". You can always ask :-)
Was that reg number X4NFE ?
On my way out I would of had a cheeky look at that personal number plate.
It was tempting but I figured it was job done and I knew I would be coming back for subject access requests for bodyworn videos.

We wouldn't have known it was her number plate if she had kept her mouth shut.
What a dozy MOO …. HOW would you no that was her car …. Now everyone knows
Do they think you can find anything of a number plate?
personal plates are STILL the property of the DVLA. If they are mis spaced or tampered with the DVLA can recall them at any time.

thank you so much, new video posted, cheers, plodding.
I like your style mate. Don't take any crap from these freedom hating tyrants.
She identified her own number plate she is not very bright.
The police seem to be utterly paranoid about their numberplates being filmed because they might me "targeted". Considering the number of videos out there who have filmed numberplates, I wonder how many officers have actually been targeted. I have not heard of a single one and I am certain it would have been in the press or mentioned by these officers if there had been, so I am gonna guess that number is zero.
Great audit👍
Love the way she grassed up her car to the world.
Can u get this guy pnc he filming police ground with a camera omg

what baffles me is they keep banging on about number plates, unless you have access to the DVLA like...ooooooh I dunno....the police, then there is no way you can get any more info than whats on the plate...the number
