    • @cuchulainn3474
      @cuchulainn3474 Před 4 měsíci

      And do you know WHY they want all of these details? They want them in order to CONTRACT and thereby trap the living person, under the legal person and thus under the jurisdiction of the law of the sea and NOT the law of the land. This is what it's all about. The law of the sea is the the law that deals with the buying and selling of goods, on the sea. They can only entrap people into this corrupt system through the giving/taking of the name.
      To explain further, when you get a letter from the bank, or a utility company, do you not notice that it is all in capital letters? It is, because that company is engaging with your legal person, NOT the living one. The legal person was created the minute your parents signed your birth certificate. It is attached to your name and this is how they tax you legally, how you apply for bank accounts, passports and driving licenses etc. It's a completely corrupt system.
      You don't give them your name unless you have committed a crime NOT an offense. Sure, they will very probably arrest you and imprison you but reminding them that they have already committed breach of the peace, assault, kidnap and unlawful imprisonment, along with misconduct in a public office, will have them sh*tting their pants because they know that they have, with each of the crimes mentioned holding lengthy prison terms. Misconduct in a public office is punishable with up to life in prison.
      Understand the game that's being played.

    The male pc struck me as a very difficult character to deal with, he repeatedly refused to treat PTTP with impartiality and high praise to PTTP for tennaciously persisting in bringing him back into line.only to see him again swiftly go off track,
    Pleased to hear that although PTTP did not give them enough rope to fully hang themselves on this occasion he intends to take the matter furher with a civil prosecution.
    I note that although the pc had his bodycam switched on whilst he was dealing with PTTP when they went outside and he was finally listening to PTTP's side of the story it was switched off! Therefore since he never bothered to take a single note in writing he is unlikely to be able to recall all the details.
    Of course we know why he did this, because he really doesn't care a shit and was all the time intending to do nothing!
    As PTTP utimately resolved to do, the only way is to sue them, the regular complaints system is a sham and a waste of time and the pc's nonchelant and persistent abuse of PTTP confirms it.
    Of course this means that we the public will pay the bill and there will be only minimal inconvenience to the pigs who will just continue to cry out to the government for more taxpayers money!
    The service that the Auditing community is doing the public is well worth it, and if they never issue complaints within the phoney system this can only save money!
    No one knows what the pc said to the Jobcentre morons and there may be no way to find out if it was anywhere near appropriate.
    Attempting to ban PTTP from visiting any other Jobcentres that day is just yet more utterly unjustifiable bullshit!
    IT JUST CONFIRMS AS ALLWAYS, SO MUCH OF THE INSTNCIATION OF THE STATE IS A SELF SERVING INSTITUTION AND THE POLICE AT BEST SEE THEIR JOB AS BEING MERELY TO OPPRESS SECTIONS OF THE POPULATION THAT IT CRASSLY PERCEIVES AS BEING DISRUPTIVE IN FLAGRANT VIOLATION OF THE SPIRIT OF THE LAW.

      My father bought our local police station when they built a new one as we had a large family. We got friendly with some of the cops who often popped in for a coffee. When the Birmingham 6 trial was on my friend and I went every day to watch it as one of the cops on court duty was a cop that often came to our house and he let us in. I was particularly struck by the main evidence which seemed to indicate explosive powder on their hands because I knew from my grandfather that you would get that trace from playing cards and the men had said they were playing cards. The men did not know that this could happen but I am sure the police must have known, if I knew at aged 14, but used it against them to get the conviction. It came out years later that the swabs taken from the hands was from playing cards. This meant that not only were innocent men sitting in jail for years where one died but there were real bombers still out there ready to bomb. To me that is treason against the people of this country.
