    @zita086 Yes these plates are plastic. That's why you need to be quick and careful when flaming!

    GOOD .But if you rotate the plate with surface then bubbles also removed.

    Aren't you gonna kill the antibiotics (if there's any) added to the agar by flaming them like that?

    Nope. Like Charlie said in the video, as long as you flame it quickly, the antibiotics will be fine.
