I'm guessing this isn't for beginners 😅. My first day back at it since March 2020. Felt like I was gonna die lol, definitely couldn't keep up

This was a great workout. I really enjoyed it. At times there's been some Barre classes that have been more challenging, but I felt this was a nice medium. I do believe the rotation between left and right should occur earlier. It feels like it'd be more balanced. Still loved the work out though--Thank you!

By no means this is a full body workout. Other muscles are engaged, but the focus is on legs, and you can't know about it until it's halfway done (have no choice but to follow it till the end, as both legs should be even).
Moreover, it's quite hard, which might be good to see in the title.
all in all... yeah, the workout is good, but very misleading.

I’m sure it’s a great workout but respectfully the title would indicate it’s a workout using a barre, not simply barre inspired. I have a barre at home and it’s ridiculous the volume of workouts saying they are barre then spend the whole time with just a mat.
Agreed it's the non barre part of Barre... with so many classes saying we're doing Barre.
Who would know only that the title says so !
Barreless Barre
Honestly, I totally get what you’re saying but the majority of us don’t have a barre at home so we have to improvise and use a chair. Or try to balance moves that would normally have holding onto the barre. This was a solid barre inspired workout for me.
