I love this Tara! Great lesson! You almost covered all feel good poses. I added supported Fish pose at the end too for the days that I been sitting too long and my back was slouching. Well done!
As a soccer player, this stuff makes a huge difference in injury prevention. A lot of athletes don’t understand how important flexibility and mobility are.

Enjoyed the engaging mobility work and Tara's great personality and light humor, however didn't like the full neck circles (contraindicated), nor meditation as it seemed to want to combine yoga with the physical workout of a Nike Trainer. I felt triggered...I'm sensitive to the fact that yoga has become "Westernized", distorting and devaluing the historical roots and value of this powerful, healing, practice. As a Yoga teacher/Yoga Therapist, I prefer to keep yoga separate from workouts like this one. Thank you!

Please stop doing full neck circles it crunches the vertebra on the neck.... Chin to chest shoulder to shoulder... Half moons only.

@@deborahprince8030 what I said is very explanatory, full neck rotations are not good for the vertebra in the neck it is not a natural movement.
