    Today, I brought a simple and affordable diet that I eat often
    It's curry milk tofu noodles with enoki mushroom and milk
    For those who don't like enoki mushrooms,
    It doesn't matter if you add the vegetables you want to add to the onions
    You can also add other proteins instead of shrimp!
    Add tomato sauce to your liking!
    It's good to use chicken breast or other protein instead of shrimp
    Let's do cold hair!
    If milk is boiled for a long time, it can produce protein membranes and destroy nutrients
    Chop vegetables into small pieces and use them!
    Material
    - 300g of milk
    - 1 pack of tofu noodles
    -2 pieces of solid curry
    -A bag of enoki mushrooms
    = Half an onion
    -1 spoon of tomato sauce (optional)
    -A little shrimp (can be replaced with other proteins)
    Recipe
    1. First, chop the onion into the mince
    2. Cut the root of enoki mushrooms and tear them into bite-sized pieces
    3. Rinse tofu noodles in water once or twice to remove moisture
    4.In a medium heat pan, put olive oil and stir-fry chopped onions
    5.When onions become transparent, add shrimp and stir-fry
    6.When shrimp are cooked red, add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry until ingredients are fully cooked
    7.Add 300g of milk, 1 spoon of tomato sauce, 2 pieces of solid curry, and stir the curry well
    8.When the milk boils, add tofu noodles and stir until the sauce seeps in
    9.Add parsley to your liking and finish it off and enjoy it!
