I Wikipedia searched Brigadeiro, then went to CZcams for a “video” recipe. YT has so many WRONG recipes about the “Spanish Brigadeiro” I almost gave up, until I came across YOUR recipes in English💜💜💜 thank you🦋 You have a new subscriber 🦋

Hi! You can do the same recipe for the black one on this video, not using the cocoa. It’s really the same thing, same method 😊 let me know if you have any questions 😀. I would also add a pinch of salt.
@@jojosjournal_28 you can do it yeah. When I add white chocolate to it I like to use some salt to balance the sweetness and maybe more cream. Just watch for your cooking time and add the chocolate after. 😊

Yeah! 35% it’s fine but you can also use 18% as well. 😊😊😊

What is the shelf life of this in the fridge??
Hi! So in the fridge up to a week 😊 but it’s really better to have them fresh room temperature up to 3 day. Store in the fridge if you really need. 😁
