Brigadeiros are Brazilian Truffles made with Sweet & Condensed Milk. There are many flavors and combinations for decorating them, but today I'll show how to make Chocolate and Coconut Brigadeiros.
INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCOLATE BRIGADEIROS:
♡Unsalted Butter: 1 Tablespoon
♡Sweet & Condensed milk: 1 can (14 oz)
♡Cocoa powder: 1/4 cup (25 gr)
INGREDIENTS FOR COCONUT BRIGADEIROS:
♡Unsalted Butter: 1 Tablespoon
♡Sweet & Condensed milk: 1 can (14 oz)
♡Coconut milk: 1/2 cup (114 gr)
OPTIONS FOR DECORATION:
♡Sprinkles
♡Chocolate sprinkles
♡Chocolate flakes
♡Nuts
♡Shredded Coconut

Hola Lupita, los brigadeiros a temperatura ambiente van a ser suaves, aunque es recomendable guardarlos en la nevera por máximo 2 semanas.
En la nevera duran más, pero es normal que después de unos días obtengan un cono azucarado, según cómo hayas hecho la receta. Si usa crema de leche, tienen un sabor más suave y duran un poco más. Perdón mi español no es muy bueno 🥰
