The biggest culture shock for me was if your standing alone in a bar or bus stop random people start talking to you, in London you don't even know your neighbors but you can go out by yourself in Liverpool and meet so many new people and have the best time.
@@realityisjustadream1715 Yeah when I first got to Liverpool I was stood outside the train station with my suitcase and dog, 2 lads came up and complimented the dog and started talking to me. They walked around with me for a while showing me the places that I'd need to know about and some of the decent bars etc, almost everyone I met was really friendly and welcoming.
In 2011 I moved to north Kent and was working in London and the culture is so different. My first experience of London was some fella trying to trick me into lending him my phone, was obvious he would have ran off with it. I didn't stay down south for long as I hated the ignorance and selfishness. I'm back in Chesterfield now but I'm hoping on going further north again soon, maybe Liverpool if the opportunity comes up.
