I would be fascinated to see Islam Makhachev do this, as it is hard to pin him down on opinions about other fighters. He usually just dismisses them as not good wrestlers and not on his level. So I would like him to actually give a real analysis other fighters in this way.

About Alex Pereira’s left hook, I heard in a podcast that the left hook is the trademark of the gym of the guy who trained him (not sure if he still trains him). Apparently his trainer/former trainer is like a cult legend in the fighting game in Brazil or something, not entirely sure.
I know he's not the most popular, but I still really like this guy. Really hopes he wins his fight. For ireland🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪

@@shonthebonbon you mean delusion? He almost got TKO'd against song who's unranked and is shorter and has a way shorter reach on top of that he is extremely weak to wrestling which is a huge whole because the threat of the takedown limits his style massively.
It's been proven to him in his last fight that he definitely doesn't 100% beat everyone in the top 10 in a stand-up fight. It's fine to say you believe wholeheartedly that you COULD beat these people in stand up alone but it's a bad sign for his career to have this level of delusion coming off the fight he just had with an unranked son kenan coming off a loss against another unranked opponent.

Yeah Colby is a mystery to me. Everytime he fights he reminds me how good he is, then I need to be reminded again. He doesnt have a "highlight" style so his fights don't seem so one sided until you see the stats. Some of his fights are the most one sided fights ever. Then his losses to Usman are some of the closest fights ever
Colby rag dolls Ian Garry even if Ian Garry hits prime and go through everyone. Colby stops him. A win against Colby is title contention and looking at top 10, aside from Usman. Shavkhat is the only person I can see beating him. Khamzat will be drained cutting to WW, Colby’s style is the worst for Leon. And Usman can match with Colby, and Usman has won twice, but I’ll never count him out against usman

@@polekapoleka9330 Colby is so outrageously overrated, he was a hard matchup for Usman but that's his entire claim to fame. Don't think he has a single top 10 win
He's reckless so people think he doesn't know what he's doing, but it's so hard to deal with because your having to deal with the unorthodox mixing of styles along with the pace he puts on you. Very different style than Usman who's fundamentally precise. Technicality vs Chaos is what Usman vs Covington was. Covington is exciting, but I just wish he threw with power more often then throwing in volume for you to keep your hands high
@@MikePerryLegit Colby knows what he's doing, otherwise he wouldn't have wins over everybody in the UFC besides Usman, with very close fights. That's like saying Usman's overrated for not taking down Leon more than once and getting out struck with ease. It's all about momentum and psychology of it. When Colby gets his groove he's hard to hit and hard to push back, along with his very good wrestling.
I absolutely love these videos. The breakdown that Wonderboy hosted is still one of my absolute favorite episodes ever.

This was an enjoyable piece and gave me an idea for a new program you guys could do.
NEW SEGMENT IDEA BELOW!
What if at the beginning of each year, each month you guys break down the current top 10 fighters of each weight division.
At the beginning of the month, you drop a break down of #s 10 - 6, spending 3-4 minutes on each fighter going over some of their career highlights and what they are doing presently. Then in the middle of the month, you drop the 2nd part with #s 5-1.
Videos would end up being around between 15-20 minutes a piece, so it wouldnt be too long where it puts people off.
This can be a good way to enlighten and pull in more casuals. Each month you can do a different weight class that way you guys arent overburdened with churning out content and have enough time to get your research done and such.

The top 15 is a dangerous road to climb. As far as skill goes, Ian can strike & is quick on his feet. But I’v seen him get tagged over & over since his debut. A striker like the Leech or Ponzinibio would relish this contest. He should tighten his grappling & BJJ skills before cutting Promos we all know he physically can’t back up.
