      No one has died from raw milk. Those are epidemiology studies where they basically someone get's sick and they give them a big check list of things "Did you have raw milk? this? that? etc. etc." and then they can demonize things they want. You can not objective say someone died from raw milk just because they drank raw milk.

      A calve's first milk from the mother cow has transfer factors in it, the transfer factors are
      the mother cow's immunity passed down to its calf, it literally "transfers" the information of the mother
      cow's "knowledge" to the calf. Just think of an antivirus program on your computer, when it updates its
      updating its database of all known Trojans, viruses, malware, ect,. so when the antivirus program
      runs across one of these viruses or what have you, then it "knows" how to defend against it because
      it was "educated" on what the virus is, and what it does.
      Transfer factor does something similar, the same goes for humans, a child's first milk from mother's
      breast, the mother passes the transfer factor immunology that her immune system encountered all her life
      and basically the baby "downloads" all the info into its own immune system, bringing it up to date
      so to speak.
      Theres a supplement you can buy called Transfer Factor Plus, its basically a cows first milk for the calf,
      also known as colostrum.

    Raw milk for the win! People have been drinking raw milk straight from their cows, sheep, and goats for millennia. Raw milk has long been one of the most nutritionally-complete foods in the human diet and an integral component of nearly every culture’s cuisine. In today's super-sanitized, germophobic and technologically advanced world, raw milk is irrationally demonized for various reasons. Dairy, especially cow dairy, can indeed be problematic for a lot of people. However, dairy derived from goats, sheep, or buffalo is much more gut- and immune-friendly due to the chemical structure of casein (milk protein) it contains. On top of that, many individuals who normally are lactose intolerant often find that they can tolerate raw milk just fine. These people actually have a pasteurization intolerance, not a lactose intolerance. A reason that this happens is that raw milk naturally contains the enzyme lactase and specific probiotic species, like Lactococcus, Lactobacillus, Leuconostoc, Streptococcus and Enterococcus which break down lactose, a disaccharide found in milk, into galactose and glucose, which are digestible, simple sugars. Raw milk has for decades been well-regarded in health circles due to its unique health-promoting benefits:
    • Raw milk provides readily-available nutritional elements our body needs for repair and regeneration, including easily-assimilable proteins and fats in their whole, unprocessed, unadulterated form.
    • The fatty acids in raw milk nourish the brain and intestinal lining, and upregulate mitochondrial function. Mitochondria are membrane-bound cell organelles that generate most of the chemical energy needed to power the cell's biochemical reactions.
    • Raw milk contains the enzyme phosphatase and other crucial enzymes necessary for the complete absorption of calcium, which are not present in pasteurized milk. That's why some research papers (falsely) link dairy consumption with the onset, rather than the prevention, of osteoporosis.
    • Naturally occurring beneficial bacteria (probiotics) in raw milk carry amazing benefits for our gut, immune and digestive health.
    • Raw milk is a perfect source of unheated, unoxidized cholesterol, fatty acids, and non-denatured proteins. Protein denaturing or protein denaturation is a change in the chemical structure of protein that occurs due to chemical effects. The most common source of protein denaturing is heat application, as happens in pasteurization and cooking.
    • Raw milk is nature's perfect electrolyte drink. It contains large amounts of organic minerals, which nourish the body's organs, glands and tissues, provide intracellular hydration and optimize brain function.
    • Colostrum (first mammal's milk after birth), but raw milk as well, contain immunoglobulins / antibodies, and complement factors that upregulate immune function and provide major antimicrobial effects against a wide range of pathogens.
    • People with bone-related conditions, like bone spurs, osteopenia and osteoporosis, notice their condition significantly improving or completely disappearing after a few months of daily ingestion of fresh, raw milk.

    Living in a village I have unlimited access to raw milk. I started with goat milk, but now I am OK with cow milk which is inexpensive. It is a lot better than meat when it comes to electrolytes, and as such it cuts down my consumption of fruits, which have too much sugar for me. It really helps digestion so I drink it at every meal (I do OMAD, so once a day, about half liter). I do prefer to have also a bit of kefir every now and again, typically for evening snack (fruit, cheese, kefir), even if it is from the store and therefore from pasteurized milk.

    Great video! I used to buy raw milk here in California from the dairy that you speak of. However the price has gone so sky high that I no longer can afford to buy it. I only buy a small amount if I have had to take antibiotics otherwise I can't justify paying $20.00 per gallon US. That's not a typo we have to pay $20.00 per gallon! This is not always an option for low and middle class families. I hope and pray that the price goes down some day. It's wonderful milk though.

    • @SarahTree
      @SarahTree Před 8 měsíci +1

      @@ianstuart5660 it is but not by the dairy. The state of California charges and regulates farmers so much that they have to charge more just to make a living. Last time I bought raw milk here there was a health warning on the label. I'm sure that costs the dairy extra too. It's crazy 🤪 but you're better off in states where you have to be part owner of the cow to get your milk than you are where it's legal but totally regulated.😕

    • @ianstuart5660
      @ianstuart5660 Před 8 měsíci +1

    • @SarahTree
      @SarahTree Před 8 měsíci +1

      @@ianstuart5660 at least you have that! I was told by a local dairy farmer/raw cheese maker that it's WAY easier for them to get the OK to sell raw cheese than it is for raw milk. She told me that she never got a good answer as to why though and so she only sells her cheese and not the raw milk. She said that she didn't want to jump through all the hoops and have to charge her customers more. I have lived near Canada many times so close in fact that all I could get were Canadian radio and TV stations and I also interacted with many Canadians on a daily basis because I was in retail. From what I gather from experiencing all of this (on the western side and the eastern side mind you) Canada seems to be heavily regulated on pretty much on par with California. Sometimes it's a good thing but in this case....not so much 🙃
