I was very anemic as a toddler. The old Dr in town told my mom to feed me raw liver. I love liver.
Caffeine is the biggest culprit here.The adrenals can either release cortisol or DHEA, but not at the same time, so when you ingest caffeine it triggers the release of cortisol and shuts down DHEA, a repair signaling hormone. This is the number one reason why you should never ingest caffeine. It is without question the most dangerous drug in the world.
The sad part is that doctors just go along with it, because they themselves don’t seek to learn better:(

I don’t have access to raw. But since i added back milk the health benefits have been amazing. I haye that some may get discouraged not getting raw milk.
Fair play to you for speaking up, shows us how every body is different!! We all need to adjust things fof our own individual body. Im only two days in carnival, i was eating meat and veg only for a good long term nearly a year, my hair fell out a lot, skin condition wasn't good either. Guess was the stress my body felt. i will try my best on carnival diet, and consult with my husband, hopefully will find a diet to hat suits my body. Thanks for your teaching!!

This is when people will start to realise that it's a matter of core believe not nutrition. We are created beings, we are surely creating our problems and our solutions based in own faith. Just make sure you follow you spirit not your neighbour one. You can actually be vegan or eat just meat and not healthy because half of the things you follow where someone else believe, you still not free from comparation or society dialogues, the more substantial way of eating, is that one that will be at the core value of your spirit. So go in peace and eat what you believe, not others, that's the best for you, and respect others when they do the same, there is enough meat and veggies for everyone, no need to find how's right. Let's love our differences and be fine with that. ❤

Once tried eating 14grams of raw liver everyday. Taste was terrible ngl but you get a ridiculously increase in energy overall it's almost like an overdose of vitamins

I have a hard time finding beef liver, let alone cows that were not fed non gmo. I settle for chicken hearts now.
your body tries to regulate vitamins and minerals but when you flood it everyday with an unnatural amount of meat and organs youre pretty much screwed. kidney failure here we come.
That shot was my biggest regret with my first. I'm preggers now and definitely going to do things differently (also eating a ton of meat and other animal products this time around)
