Great video. I also store my silver in airtite tubes. I had the airtites in small bags when i started, but it's much better with the tubes.

I use the direct fit airtites for my semi numismatic coinage, and I keep them in a poker chip case/briefcase. They fit very snugly and the case locks and everything, very neat. Tubes are also a great storage solution, though.

The tubes are great for traveling. Just one word of advice.....expect to be flagged at the airport when they scan that. Looks just like a pipe bomb (and I had a few in there). Had to open the case they were in to show them what they were, but other than that had no issues. Probably didn't help I had a metal pencil box next to it filled with silver bars.

LOL!! Wow, I have never tThought about that. I would have loved to see their faces when they realized it was silver! Thanks for watching!

Fortunately it was in Japan where they are more polite and actually have a love for larger coins. The wife did give me a talking too afterward though. We both thought about it later and came to the same realization....bomb shaped item in an airport is not a good idea. Next time we will lay it out in view.

Everything the same except I prefer the airtites without the ring.

Likewise, unless it came in one already or is a better/key date coin.
