Bushings in the bracket before you bolt them on. You can lay them on the ground and smack 'm in. And then stick the bar through.... how hard can it be.
Use “never seize” on everything and it will slide together easily! The end bolts will pull up tight with a big extra washer. Remove bolt to get rid of extra washer and reinstall bolt. Done. Only takes 15 min. to install.
Amazing video, my friend, well done
Good video, it was definitely not OSHA compliant
Fk osha
I might have made my earlier remarks too soon. Put your grinder guard back on, exploding cutoff wheels will take a finger off...I know I guy!
Wow, what an awesome community. I didn't realize everybody here was an ASE certified master technician. Love to see some of their builds, they must be top notch!
I get that working in the trades means you're gonna get hurt, but y'all got the safety skills of high school kids
I'm Never this early, feels good to not be late in life for the first time
Always use guards on your grinders kids!
The word preassemble comes to mind.
Looks like someone needs to swing by harborfart and pick themselves up a brass hammer and dead blow hammer.
I'll have a beer anyday with Ben, but he's never coming near my Jeeps. He works too logically.
550 bucks on a sway bar, but no winch?
Instructions are downloadable online
Nice! this is a real world install. yes, it could of been done different in so many ways, but they chose their way. i plan on installing one on my wifes willys.
I’ll never do this..but I learned what’s possible...thanks!
I have that bumper. It’s super good for the money.
Happy holidays y'all.
Happy Holidays Chris🤘🇺🇸
Remember kids, this guy is working on trucks that drive on the same road you drive on.
... and this is why we keep the guard on our grinder.
Is anyone else surprised at how tight the bushings seem both in the bracket and around the torsion bar?
I had one of those harbor freight impacts damn thing caught fire while I was using it
Thats why I get the 2 year warranty lol
I hear that I switched to Milwaukee never looked back
@@arnoldmiller3120 i dont blame you! Lol
We absolutely want these!!! Thank you!
Missing the front sway bar assemble on my Jeep,I’m looking forward to installing a new one. I was looking at a Rock jock kit how’s yours working out
hard plastic like Niah-Preem
Hi pro .. This product good for driving in the sand and dilly used in the road? Or only used for rock ?
What happened to the FC. Should have been done.
I made my own version of the antirock swaybar with a pneumatic air actuator that locks and unlocks, using a custom heat treated tortion bar.
Watching the bushing install was painful. Could be that this was for an older Anti-Rock, but there's no reason to do things in this order. Install BOTH of the bushings FIRST, then install the bar. Easy peasy.
Nice install
Running treps backwards, how do the hook up?
I thought with the ORIs there is no need for a sway bar.
I thought the same thing
You look like an older version of that kid who digs for gold on the t.v.
Nice vid! y’all missin is the beer 🍺.
thats childish to use soap and not gresese.
I just bought a jeep and its missing the sway bar ill buy your stock one please 🙏
I've got one with new bushings in it if he doesn't get back to you.
@@tomcat5986 thank you I finally got one I appreciate it
A lead hammer is what you need to move things you don't want to damage
Bleepin. Still busting my rump after hours to secure a cheap Jeep. These things are going up in price every day. Why the heck is happening!
hold a tic, you start the video showing the antirock sway on the rear, then the video is the installation of the front. where's the install vid for the rear?
I've never heard of anyone problems with guys banging on impact sockets with a hammer 🤷
Omg, what did I just watch.
This is why you don’t follow trucks close on the highway!
Thx for the info adjustments 👌 👍👍
Why don’t you guys who give the channel “thumbs down’ find a gardening or pottery channel to criticize. Apparently nuts and bolts aren’t your thing.
Probably because the title should have been "how not to install...." If I was Currie I would not be happy this video is available to the public and customers may actually view this as a guide. It is a horrible video and definitely no one should take the information just watched seriously. This video should have a parody warning. But if you views this and thought anything in it was worth replicating or informative other than the first about blurb...then apparently nuts and bolts are not your thing...
@@jerome4995I use CZcams videos to see see what works for people and what doesn’t. I learn from others if it’s good or bad. For example, I would’ve pressed in the bushings instead of using a hammer but maybe the guy doesn’t own a press or doesn’t have access to one. A lot of driveway mechanics only have basic tools and sometimes limited knowledge. I appreciate their effort and willingness to hang themselves out there for criticism. For that reason I gave him a thumbs up. Another option would’ve been to not make a comment at all. Your comments are well taken. However, I doubt that anyone would just view one CZcams video and set out to do a project like this. Most would watch many videos to find the best way to do their own projects. And many times, an aftermarket manufacturer may not tell you that something has to removed, ground or cutoff for the part to work. When you see what other people did to get a component to work correctly, it’s give you a level of confidence that the component will work correctly.
I’ve been turning wrenches for over 50 years, nuts and bolts are in fact my thing, along with welding and metal fab, CNC machine programming, Robotic welding, 3D solid modeling design, 3D printing and last but not least, process engineering. Have a good day!
@@lbeliel4128 you are making a lot of assumptions for others. This video is absolutely a hack job, I get that they have hung themselves out there for criticism. However a channel such as BleepingJeep is viewed as a place to go to gain knowledge, if you did not view the video we all just watched and shake your head, but rather think it deserves your approval, I will openly question your rambling and bragging of what you state to have accomplished in 50 years... I'm an astronaut and also know where Bigfoot lives. Have fun lubricating metal wear parts with dish soap.
*A word
@@jerome4995 it’s not bragging, it’s a fact. So, why don’t you fly your rocket ship over to Sasquatch’s hideout and have him sign your Jack Links jerky bag, then maybe you would’ve accomplished something in life other than trolling on someone’s CZcams channel. Better yet, start you own channel so people can criticize the things you do!
@@lbeliel4128 It absolutely is bragging, nobody asked for your made up credentials. Your passion for defending this dumpster fire of incompetence is astounding! I have been watching BleepingJeep since it's infancy, this is a poor reflection of what it used to be. BleepingJeep has had several great contributors, there are reasons they have spilt, some to start their own channels, we just witnessed one of them. Promoting and defending this video or any of the methods displayed is beyond irresponsible.
😎👍
Could it have been the soap 🤣
🤘🏻🐿🤘🏻
What garbage ... missed last ten videos. Why CZcams...why ...seriously,.,.,.,.,.,edited to copy and paste cause CZcams is definitely consistent in being the biggest scabb...why 06 CZcams wouldn't even spit on your teeth ..
