How is buying $800 worth of parts budget? Budget would be drilling and tapping the box yourself and using a cheap tractor supply or junkyard cylinder. The only thing I wouldn't reuse for this is hoses. The trailgear ram kit does seem like a decent value, but I wouldn't say low budget.

That tool is a Door Wedge to keep the Elevator door open 😊 as your inside the pit it slides in the seal that you walk over to enter the Elevator

You need a stand alone generator to run the shop and house when your power goes out just saying.

You cant just point the diff pinion upwards to stop the drive shaft binding, your engine and diff have to be on the same plane for the drive shaft to work properly, if you point your diff pinion up more then what is from factory then you also have to do the same with the engine.

Tools u need to get any lock nut off a dremel or similar use the small cutting discs carefully cut a slit in the locking wheel nut outer shell wot spins cut from the top and use a pointed chisel flat screw driver and a hamer i used a heavy lump hamer gives alot more force once u have broken the spinning bit off find a slightly smaller socket witch u can fit over the round piece wats left hamer it over the round lug wats left then untiten it it worked for me didn't even scratch my wheel as i was very careful
