It is easy to forget about the popup toolbar in PowerPoint, which includes a ton of useful commands and features for PowerPoint presenters. And if you don't like this toolbar, you can always turn it off.

Wow!!! Great tips 2 questions 1. When click on See all slides, does the audience see that too or just the presenter. 2. Do all these options work when using the Presenter View?

Glad you enjoyed the video and great questions! 1. When you use See All Slides, your audince sees all the slides as well. This is not the end of the world (unless you have some slides you don't want them to see yet) as your audince can help direct you to the slide they want to see again (which is how I usually use this feature). Your client wants to review a slide to talk about it again, you use See All Slides and they can help point out the one they are referring to. 2. The popup toolbar does not work in the presenter view (which is a bummer). If you are using the presenter view, you will need to right-click to get at the commands.
