Even worse, is police who park in a fire lane with no flashing lights just to use the bathroom when 90% of the regular parking spaces are empty. I have seen regular people park in the handicapped spots for the same reason at a public parking lot next to soccer fields that are closed for renovations to the grass field. It is located in Poway, Ca.

Went to Walmart today 7-5-24 there were seven cars parked in the fire zone and no one did anything about it. Security said they only deal with people in the store not outside that is for the police to handle. Fine if that's the case,if there is ever a fire tell the police they should have been there giving tickets out

these lines are yellow, not red- red denotes a fire lane; & when Junior went to the front of the vehicle it looked like it was not infront of the door/ entrance to walmart. this doesnt seem to b florida; it could b Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York where they have ‘no standing’ which is different than no parking

AS much as I don't like people PARKING in handicap places if they do not have a sticker, this person WAS NOT PARKED BUT IS STANDING. HUGE DIFFERENCE. Please look up the laws before posting such an absurd video. Had they called the police, they would have said the same thing: STANDIN IS NOT PARKED
AngryDriversAttacks im glad u posted this video. look at all the discussion thats been generated; and all the research - last nite b4 i posted i read the Florida Drivers License manual & Florida Drivers Manual & Handbooks. when i was reading about insurance, i read about PIP. then i remember that Judge Milian on the “Peoples Court” briefly discussed PIP with the litigants on a vehicle case on one show.

I agree, he was not parked... if a firetruck came along he could easily drive away. He was not parked, he was stopped and in the car while it was running...
This car isn't parked. It's standing. The driver is still in the vehicle and it's running. In the event of an emergency, it could be easily moved. Holy crap! Sort yourselves out. This driver and vehicle are doing nothing wrong. Had the car been vacant, then there would be a problem, but in this circumstance, this is a whole lot of nothing.

Cops in Winnipeg, Winkler and Brandon are ticket happy,this comes as no surprise to me, just like around here they don't pull the Hell over for emergency vehicles until the last possible second because distracted driving is a sizeable problem in this city
