Alorica was my first BPO and I will fight against negative connotations about them as a whole. Kahit ano or saang BPO ka pa mapunta magiging toxic talaga kung toxic ka mag-isip. The reason why company in general have to implement certain level of quality is basically because that's what their clients expected of 'em. So if you're someone who can't stand in challenging situations, tumambay ka nalang.

Underpaid mga call center natin. Dapat starting nila 40kphp. Sa stress ng trabaho nila.
True. Lalo na yung mga Telco account na sa una cx service inapplyan mo then padagdag ng padagdag ng Lob pero wala naman increase. Magiging jack of all trades ka na lalo na mag a add sila ng sales metric pero wala naman sales incentives. Parang unfair, parang feeling ko nadaya ako 😂

Kaya India at Philippines etc napili lalo ng international companies kasi they pay low. If sa US and the rest of the country ang office/sute mataas ang pasahod. So alam na why these international companies chose Philippines. In the other hand it provided jobs to thousands.
